Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Bridgewater

Very nice facility! Front desk (Sharon and Wayne) and the bartender were very polite and helpful. There was a issue, however, staff attempted to help resolve the issue and in the end, management ancknoweldged the issue and got it resloved.

I make it a point to stay at this hotel once a month whenever I visit my son at Bridgewater State University (BSU). Each time, I am consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms; they are always spotless and well-maintained, which makes my stay much more comfortable. The staff here truly stand out as being exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I might have. What I particularly appreciate about this hotel is that it deviates from the typical Residence Inn design, offering a unique atmosphere that feels fresh and inviting. Despite this modern twist on the decor, all the essential Residence Inn amenities are still included, making it a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. From the spacious rooms to the complimentary breakfast and other conveniences, my experience here is always enjoyable and hassle-free. This hotel has become a home away from home for me during my visits.

This hotel is in a good location and had an updated look and feel. We had to change rooms from two queen beds to a king bed and a pull out couch because the air wouldn’t work during a heat wave week and our hotel room had a lot of mosquitos. This wasn’t ideal traveling with a teenage son. They were booked for the week and there was no other option despite Titanium Elite status. The pullout coach bed was unusable. In general the bed mattresses were so old and needed replaced. They advertised breakfast started at 6:30 but at 6:50 there was no one around and no hot coffee two days in a row! The final straw for my 3 rating was being denied a late check out for 1pm.

My husband and I stayed here after a wedding we attended in the area. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much we decided to stay another night. Emma at the bar is wonderful, she saw us walk in the second night and greeted us by name and remembered our drinks. The room was very clean modern and spacious. I would stay here again and again.

Manger behind counter was rude, didn't grant me my late check out even though I am titanium member AND they were empty. She also kept trying to charge my card for a stay I had previously missed saying it was a cancellation fee I had to pay going as far as charging my card rapidly in incriminations of $1 till I had no money left. Very unfriendly employees with poor customer service. Would recommend staying somewhere else.
