I stayed here in January with my family. We had an amazing stay from start to finish. We were greeted by the valet, who was kind and courteous. The guest agent who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. He chatted with us and helped with dinner recommendations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable! We were traveling with our toddler so Iβm usually really picky about the cleanliness of the room but I have zero complaints. All the staff we encountered - valet, front desk agents, breakfast attendants, housekeeping, etc. were all wonderful. This will definitely be my new preferred hotel next time weβre in the city.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My stay was prepaid by my company card, yet Residence Inn charged both my personal and company cards. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the manager continued to insist the charges were correct and dismissed my concerns. Iβve been going back and forth with them for months, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Go somewhere else to avoid this headache

This is a comfortably convenient hotel about one to two blocks from Fenway Park. The staff was the πππ BEST πππ all around from housekeeping to valet. Checkin was very welcoming and efficient. The rooftop bar π on the 8th floor offered beer, wine and hard liquors and had open air seating with heaters as well as enclosed seating and was a great place for a drink with lots of TVs for watching sports. The indoor pool (no hot tubπ) and gym is also located on the same top floor. Pool was clean. The beds were very comfortable π in a spacious room with kitchenette. Shower no bathtub π. The room was clean but had limited toiletries π and offered only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very good with healthy choices π like egg whites and chicken sausage, fruits. Our room on the 6th floor had a view of Fenway which really was an angled limited view of the outside park wall. You could see people walking on the ramps. Itβs not like you can see inside the park. I personally would not pay extra for this upgraded room.

This place was mostly fine; however, the comforter on the bed was extremely thin, and there was just a thin blanket for our kids on the sofa bed. This was Boston in February and we were cold! We had to ask twice for more of the thin blankets, since the first time we were actually told no.

Spent 4 nights here for a business trip and had an excellent stay. Seamless check in with my rewards status acknowledged along with an room upgrade to the 8th floor. The room was clean and spacious without any extra items needed. Morning breakfast offerings were plentiful and was pleased to see Starbucks coffee offered for free, instead of their standard non-brand brew. Checkout was equally as seamless as they held my bags safely post-check out time, for me to gather as I left the area late morning. Front desk staff was extraordinary and all other staff encountered were pleasant and kind.
