The hotel is very clean and located in great location, but I will never stay here again. I was on 10th floor, and every night/parts of the day I heard a high pitch ringing. When I finally called about it, a very friendly Hyatt engineer told me it's when people take showers and the release valve creates high pressure release sound. A someone who has tinnitus, I already suffer with a high pitch whistle-like sound, so this was very aggravating. Paying it forward for others to be aware!

We are new to Hyatt, having been longtime Hilton people, and we have made the conversion because Hyatt service is far superior, based on our stays at four properties. While Hyatt properties, like this one, tend to feel older and less sexy, overall, they seem to be better maintained, and the people are obviously better-trained. At this stay in Boston, I told the front desk that the adjoining door to the next room was so thin I could even hear the people unzipping their suitcases. Andrew at the front desk quickly moved me to a quieter room with no adjoining door, AND gave me free breakfast vouchers. A man named Sal followed up next morning with a text, asking me if I was happy. Another female agent happily helped me print out tickets for the art museum. Also, in the restaurant, everyone was very professional and super friendly. I also like how Hyatt has not given up on room refreshes as most other chains have done, post-covid. ⌠I enjoyed the free WSJ, copies available in the lobby. Thanks for a great weekend in Boston, Hyatt!

Nice business hotel, great location, great breakfast and staff (could add some fresh green salad ;-), nice beds. On the minus side, no douchette in the bathroom (only a wall shower) which isnât great for women and kids, bar area next to lobby is not the sexiest and could benefit from a little renovation.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It was very clean and nice. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The only issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Also, I would have to run the shower for about 20 minutes before the water turned warm. The bed is ok. It was not bad, but not overly comfortable. The room service food was good and the Avenue One restaurant had great service.
