Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport District

It was such a pleasant surprise to feel welcomed the moment we pulled into the entrance of the hotel. The parking attendant allowed me to leave my car in front while I checked to see if I could check in earlier or leave my personal items for storage until it was checked in time. Yanisa at the front desk was very pleasant and so accommodating to allow me to check in earlier, this meant so much. It’s tough to find great customer service these days, thank you! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location near convention center. Rooms well appointed and has everything you need in studio with kitchen . Great bathroom set up. Good breakfast. Freindly staff. Valet parking. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. I chose this hotel being a hilton honors member and they dont disappoint.

The hotel was priced well, very accommodating, close to the silver line buses and an easy place to stay for my needs. Clean and comfortable. And breakfast was great. I was able to get to Boston Commons, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market in minutes. Also Yankee Lobster restaurant is nearby! Would go again.

New hotel with great service. Friendly staff (Natalie D) greeted me warmly and recognized me as repeat guest. Treated well throughout stay. Good breakfast and had complimentary happy hour with food one night I was there. Nice fitness center and indoor pool. Good proximity to airport, though a walk to Seaport amenities. Overall, I was very happy with hotel and will return.

This location is unbeatable. 15 minutes from downtown Boston and other major shopping areas. They are also 15 minutes from the Logan airport. Delroy was very helpful in getting us situated with a parking issue we had. Great customer service overall. Very clean room and friendly staff.
