We had an outstanding experience at the four seasons one dalton. As one should, we entered our stay with high expectations of everything - the room, the service, the food, etc. This team surpassed our expectations and was simply top notch in every interaction. Highlights included feeling special from entry until exit, incredible breakfast at the one + one restaurant, one of the best old fashioned drinks Iâve had at the hotel bar (they had a nutcracker theme filled with unique drinks which was different and fun to try), a great gym and indoor pool area, and a beautiful and incredibly comfortable room, and lastly the âhouse carâ that brought us over to the Celtics game (this was no basic car, it was a bad ass Range Rover driven by a true gentleman, mitch). I went with my wife and two kids (7 and 8) and we were all able to enjoy every moment we had at the hotel.

Staff at the hoetl could not have been nicer and helpful--without being condescending. But the hotel--in December--was cold, temperature-wise. The huest rooms were cold, even when the thermostat was raised to 76 degrees. The lobby area was VERY cold, what with the door to the outsude opening often. And--a pet peeve of mind--the hoitel buys cheap, one-ply toilet paper, shameful for a four-star property. Charge me a buck extra a night and let me squeeze the Cjarmin.

A stunning venue providing seamless support for a business event. The rooms were fabulous, every one having floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of the city. Meeting rooms were beautiful, particularly the St James with its outdoor terrace. AV support and banqueting were marvellous, the food was delicious and the staff were attentive and professional throughout. This venue really lives the Four Seasons brand, and makes clear why the brand is head and shoulders above any other.

I recently stayed for one night when my trip to a local college ran late. The hotel is exactly what you would expect at a Four Seasons. Front desk staff beyond superb and very welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful with a wonderful lobby. I had drinks in Trifecta located in the hotel which had a great staff and strong selection of wines. The gym was very large with a good selection of equipment with a very nice pool. Hotel truly beautiful and modern. If you are deciding on which Four Seasons in Boston to stay at let me offer this. In terms of staff the Dalton Street goes above and beyond. The locations for each are very different. Boylston Street is more centrally located, across from a beautiful park with a much busier vibe. The lobby was always bustling and the second floor right above the lobby had a corporate event. Dalton Street is quieter with a much cooler vibe. Sort of like Tribeca before it became Tribeca, which probably wonât make sense to most readers. There is a well known Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel called Zuma which I understand is excellent. Boylston Street did have a couple of great features. On each guest room floor there was a separate room filled with complimentary snacks, candy and beverages particularly great for kids. They additionally have a fantastic coffee bar in the lobby which is free and delivers to your room.
