The Element Hotel could not of been more accommodating. I needed to switch my room due to an allergy to the carpet cleaning solution - they were happy to oblige. The room was comfortable & clean. My niece & her family checked in a few days later & they were able to move her room to our floor. Diamond was amazing - he juggled the late night front desk activity like a pro. The massage chair is a nice perk in the lobby- the only downside is children shouldnāt be permitted to use it. The kids were left unsupervised by their parents & would sit in the chair straight out of the swimming pool. This comment has nothing to do with the hotel but the parenting of some of the guests. The breakfast had a great hot selection of food. The hot teas at night were a nice added perk. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband, daughter, and I were in Boston for the marathon. We like Element Hotels so we picked this one. We were so happy that we did. The hotel itself was outstanding but what made the stay so special was the hotel staff. Every single person was wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. From the minute that we were checked in by sweet Aisha to Jasmine lending us her umbrella, to the kitchen staff telling us about the bunnies, it was just special. The hotel itself was spotless, the breakfast delicious, the rooms comfy, and the coffee machine was always available. Just a fantastic stay.

I couldnāt be more grateful for the team at the Aloft Seaport, particularly Miguel. After a wild shifting and juggling of flights, he got me into a room, guided me towards all I would need on property, and great food to get me back on track. I travel for work and mostly with Marriott when possible, and Miguelās hospitality is absolutely a standout!

We were a a party of 20, traveling to Boston with a group of college students doing career site visits with alumni in the financial district. The hotel suited our group really well - everyone was very happy with the accommodations, breakfast, guest features, etc. The location is great too. But what really made the difference for us was the outstanding customer service we received from the staff, particularly at the front desk. We can't single one person out because we had contact with a number of people at different times of the days during different shifts. Whether it was our request for a group check-in, safely valet parking our two large sprinter vans, allowing us to set up a family style pizza dinner in the breakfast area and providing us with a trash receptacle and other supplies, or allowing us to leave our vans in parking and holding our groups entire collection of luggage until late in the day we checked out (and assisting us by bringing it out of the storage room behind the front desk), they did it all, and always with a smile. They were wonderful, and were always ready to assist. It was evident that the culture of the staff at the Element was positive, team-oriented, and very guest-centered. Thank you for a great stay and a great experience!

I came for a Nurisng conference (AONL). Our flight was going to arrive around 9-10pm and initially, I was nervous that our room would be given away if we didnāt check in at an appropriate time so I called the number Google gave me in hopes to reach the front desk. I was routed to someone whose accent was so heavy and whose patience level was so short that it increased my anxiety about traveling across the country from California. This first girl was so rude to me. I called back again and chose another option on the automated menu that thankfully routed me to the actual front desk. I got Chanta. I donāt usually complain but emotions were high and I spilled my guts to her just after she introduced herself on the phone. Me: āIāve had the worst customer service rep right before you I just really want someone to help me. I travel in a few days and I need to feel comfortable knowing my room will be ready for us.ā Chanta showed the utmost compassion. She was down to earth and listened to my rant. She made me feel so much better by saying āIām so sorry you had that experience, Iāll make the notes right now so that your room will be saved and not given away because you arrived late.ā Thatās it. Thatās all I needed from the first rep. I traveled with less anxiety and felt so much better. Fast forward to my actually stay: my partner and I visited the little gift shop yall have behind the check in counter. We had this beautiful, friendly woman help us. She was personable, happy, and amazingly helpful. She told us about the $25 daily food and beverage perks and really made an impression on us. It was great. Fast forward to the night before check out. We visited the gift shop and saw this same woman that we had such a great laugh with a couple nights prior. She remembered us! She had the same demeanor. She was bubbly, happy, and you could tell she really loved her job. I got up to my room and realized that we didnāt know the check out time so I decided to call down to the front desk. The same bubbly cashier answered. She answered the phone introducing herself as Chanta. It triggered a memory instantly. I had no idea that the same helpful person who helped me on the phone was the same funny, sweet gal that we developed a rapport with on site. Immediately, I forgot why I called and exclaimed āomg!! Youāre Chanta?! I donāt know if you remember but you helped me so much a few days before I checked in!!ā She is a true gem. She made us feel right at home. Iām so grateful for these connections and only wish the best for beautiful souls like Chantaās. Thank you so much for the experience Iāll never forget. Como la flor! Selena šš» With all the love and light, thank you so much Janelle Ramirez room 313
