There is 150 total guest room. Room decor is a warm contemporary design with 42 plasma TV's, Polk audio system, wireless and hard wired internet access, marble bathrooms, in-room safes, jack-pack technology and three phones. Sensing restaurant will serve breakfast and dinner with light fare available at the bar and the Lobby living room. It's contemporary cuisine, French-inspired menu is developed by Michelin three-star chef Guy Martin. The interior design is reflective of Guy Martin's Sensing restaurant in France, crisp contemporary with a tiger's eye bar and Chef's table that seats up to 8 people, guests can watch as the chef's prepare their dishes. The wine list offers notable wines from allover the world. Restaurant will seat up to 72 people at capacity. The Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront is a brand new build. The property is a mixed use of hotel guest rooms and condominiums, comprised of four buildings it has a relaxed residential feel. Maximum building height is 6 floors, due to waterfront restrictions. Hotel courtyard is landscaped in a fishing net design. There is a harbor walk around the main buildings that extend over the water, this harbor walk leads down the whole Boston harbor front. The hotel lobby is a warm contemporary living room with rich woods, luxurious marbles and illuminated alabaster decorating the walls, floors and counters. The front desk backdrop is a wall of iridescent shell, reflecting the shimmering sea. There are three separate seating areas; by the main entrance, lobby living room and guest reception. We will be serving a light lunch and evening fare in the lobby from 11:30AM through 1:30PM along with beverages, all from our Sensing menu. The front desk will also offer 24 hour concierge service as well. Set in its own private enclave with harbor views and landscaped courtyard, this stunning hotel offers guests an urban sanctuary in the heart of the city. The narrow streets and historic wharves made up Boston's first neighborhood and shaped the early growth of the city. Today, steeped in 300 years of history, warehouses and shipyards have been reborn as residences and restaurants, complete with harbor side walking paths and new urban parks. The modern shoreline offers an exciting gateway to the city.(12/08 LM) It is the Hotel policy that guests be required to provide a valid credit card to the front desk upon arrival before signing privileges on incidentals will be extended. At the time of check-in, the front desk will also pre-authorize the credit card for $100 per night, based on the length of the guest?s reservation. (i.e. for a 4 night reservation, the front office will pre-authorize $400 to the guest credit card).
