Hampton Inn Boston Bedford Burlington

Emily was rude and terrible. We waited for help while she was outside smoking. She was aggravated because we needed help and didn’t provide any concerns for our issues. She was the worst person ever and we will never go back. The front desk smells like a cigarette ashtray

Very comfortable and clean. The staff, especially manager Emily, went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We are truly grateful for the excellent service we received. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic property with a stellar staff. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated with courtesy. Either a new or newly-renovated property that hit every mark for our family. The breakfast was very good and constantly replenished (even with 2 tour busses also in the building). We will stay here anytime we are in the area.

Having stayed here numerous times in the past we were looking forward to visiting again. It's a great location to visit any of northern Massachusetts / New Hampshire coast and also close to Concord and Lexington which are 2 of our favourite places. From the outside this was easily the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed in. The hotel grounds are immaculate and the whole building has been repainted and looks fresh. This continued inside where it is obvious a full renovation has taken place. Room was lovely. Clean, modern. A few negatives.... We were in room number 218 which is very close to the elevators and balcony which overlooks reception. Reception has music playing constantly throughout the day AND night. This meant we could hear this in the room all night. Our last night we had to check out at 4am for our flight back from Logan Airport... the music was playing all night and was blaring away at 4am in the morning. This should be timed and not played constantly. This only affects a very small number of rooms of which we were unfortunately in one of them. Also, we felt that the breakfast was not good enough quality for the price we paid for the room. Watered down fruit juice, not a good choice of cereal, hardly any choice of bread, just pretty poor really. Not a patch on what we have received before at this hotel. Would stay again but this hotel was by far the most expensive of our trip and therefore we expected better,
