Made a reservation 45 days in advance at the hotel website for seven nights in a handicapped room with a roll in shower. When we got to the hotel at 7pm the desk girl said no handicapped rooms were available and that they did not guarantee availability of handicapped rooms. What a pack of BS. We have booked more than 100 handicapped rooms in the past few years and have never failed to receive one. Any 8 year old could set up a computer program to insure the availability of handicapped rooms to those that book them. 6 mornings out of 7 the breakfast food was icy cold and no microwave in breakfast area to heat it. Breakfast items were often not restocked as there seemed to be only one person working and she disappeared frequently. Same items every morning except one day they changed from potato cakes to hash browns. Of course they were cold and tasted like rubber. Room was very dirty. Looked like the floors and rugs has not been cleaned in a while. I had to borrow a shower chair from my brother locally as the hotel did not have any. My wife only got three showers in the 7 days as I had to hold her up as she showered as her balance is her handicap and there were no bars for he to hold on to. We have stayed at this hotel 3 time in the past four years but we will NEVER stay here again. If you stay here and need a special room type I recommend you check a few days In advance to insure you get what you want. By the time we got there at 7pm at night it was too late to find a different hotel. I would really recommend you find a different hotel instead of this one to begin with as it has gone way downhill since we stayed here 2 years ago and the obviously no longer give a s**t about their guests.

It's very hit or miss. I'm staying here long term for work reasons. Housekeeping comes on their own schedule. Smetimes daily other times once a week. Some are great, others I'll just leave it as not so great. If something in the room isn't working they will fix it after several complaints. Will do a substandard job until you complain again. The GM will say the substandard work is how it should be, then with more complaining it will be fixed correctly. If something goes missing from your room, ask for them to check the lost and found. The GM will make an excuse how it got there, but it will be returned. It's not 100% bad, there are many people here that do wonderful work and are pleasant to see when this becomes your home away from home.

Worst Hotel! Apart from the kids running up and down the hallway. the manager (GM) was dormitory against my autistic grand son. Not only did they ask my daughter to leave with him after a couple night stay, they asked me to leave -- AND I had a 2 week stay. Sure, we can find another hotel but most people try to plan ahead - do not go here. Hockey on weekends disrupting your stay and general manger is prejudice and abusive. She specifically could not accommodate need of autistic people and wanted them - even after we offered to help with needs.

I had a lot of time in front of the laptop this trip and the workstation in the room was much appreciated. There were plenty of plugs for chargers, great lighting, a convenient wrap-around desk design, and the internet was fast. I also appreciated how quiet the room was, both while working and sleeping. The breakfast area was great for breakfast, of course, but it also served as a nice meeting area when gathering with colleagues to head off to work or to dinner. And thanks to the convenient location, we never had to go far for a meal. All in all, this property made my stay efficient and enjoyable. The next time I'm in the area, my decision about where to stay will easy.

Very nice hotel. I booked this place specifically for the complimentary Wednesday evening social and it was disappointing after I checked in to find out they weren’t offering the social that night. There was no heads up when booking and even after I checked into the room (before I inquired with the front desk about the evening social) I had a “welcome bag” in my room that said on it that they offer complimentary evening socials every Wednesday, said nothing about that they weren’t doing it this week. Another complaint was house keeping was knocking on our door at 8 am trying to enter to clean the room. We were still asleep and they tried to enter the room, thankfully we had the extra lock on the door, about 45 minutes later, before 9 am, house keeping came knocking again trying to clean the room and we even had the do not disturb sign out for this time around. Check out wasn’t until 11 or 12 and we didn’t check out yet! I have never had this happen before. The breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean. They had a pool, outdoor area, little basket ball court, EV charging (for fee).
