Great business stay. The hotel is under construction, but I did not experience any of that since I was out of the hotel all day for work. I stayed in a renovated room on the Club floor and it was wonderful. The new rooms are lovely and very functional and comfortable. The club lounge is great. The attendants are all lovely and helpful. There was an abundance of food and drinks. The front desk associates were so helpful and pleasant-even after I lost my parking garage ticket. They always had a smile on their face and were so helpful. The parking is in an adjacent garage and I felt safe and had no trouble finding a spot. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was prepared for outdated rooms, but I didn’t expect to be woken up by construction starting at 8 AM on a Saturday. The noise continued throughout the day, ruining what should have been a relaxing day. I approached the front desk twice to express my concerns, but received no follow-up, which clearly indicates a lack of care for guest comfort. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I never write reviews but felt it was important to alert visitors of the current condition of the hotel since they do not share on the website. Upon check-in we were told the hotel was under renovation, and I was fine with that and understood there would be noise between 9am-6pm. I didn't expect the poor quality of our unrenovated room on the 4th floor. I was traveling myself with two children. When we got to our room, I noticed it was very cold. The thermostat was set to 70 and it said the room was 68 degrees. So I turned up the heat to 73. We used the bathroom...realized the toilet took about 10 minutes to refill and then phantom flushed, but had plans and left for the evening. We returned around 10:15 pm and the room was still very cold and hadn't warmed up at all. I called and an engineer quickly came and "fixed it"-- he gave us coupons for a free coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby. I also told him about the phantom flush and he said he would "let someone know". My kids were tired and we thought we could live with the phantom flush and just wanted to go to bed. In the middle of the night, I woke up to a very hot room-- the thermostat was not registering the heat and it was reading the room temperature at 98 degrees! I had to turn the unit completely off. Luckily my children slept through this. In the morning, when we went to shower, the handle to control the water was very lose and we had to jiggle it to get the water to turn on. If I hadn't been dealing with the heat issue and the phantom flush, it wouldn't have been a huge deal, but I was annoyed. So we packed up and went to the coffee shop to see if we could use the coupons for hot chocolate as my children (and I) do not drink coffee. The worker said the coupons were for coffee only and would not do anything (I even asked for tea) except a caffeinated coffee drink. Really bad customer service as a lot of people cannot drink caffeine. I shared our experience with the front desk who offered us free breakfast but we couldn't leave fast enough. I hope the renovations fix the poor condition of the current rooms but I won't be staying there any time soon.

At the end of checkin, the fellow let me know that "There's construction, which starts at 8am, and so I shouldn't be alarmed by the noise. It's expected." No! It's not expected. What's expected at a hotel is sleeping. Being from the west coast, that's a 5am wakeup, which made for a crappy day. So I had to switch hotels after one night. There is no mention of the construction on their website or in their reservation emails. If they were honest and had integrity they would let customers know beforehand and let them decide for themselves whether it was a problem. Fyi, apparently they're renovating the hotel so the construction will be going on for a while.

The hotel staff were very friendly and especially great was the shuttle driver. I do think better communication in the hotel is needed. Twice I was given a room not ready to be occupied. It was my third room that was usable, because the first two rooms were not checked to see if they were ready before I went there… very annoying. Third room was ok, I could not shut the blinds, so the light from outside was annoying, plus the noise. This isnot what I expected at all Sheraton. Large group was in the lobby blocking access for what is supposed to pass as a restaurant. It’s a bar. Looks like they served basic food so people don’t drink on an empty stomach. I had to use Uber Eats. Back to the large group. Not sure what they were there for at the hotel, but maybe a conference room or hall would be better so they do not disrupt the rest of the hotel guests. Nice enough people but so many and very loud. I couldn’t even hear the people at the front desk speaking. Also on level three I could hear them all night through the window which was closed. I’m sure this hotel was something back in the day, but has seen better days. Lots if scraps and dings all over the property so think 30 plus year Cadillac with a few fender benders. For me I had higher expectations of a Sheraton I guess Ill have to lower them or skip them entirely. I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again. It was a real disappointment.
