Best Western Premier Rockville Hotel & Suites

The rooms are nicely furnished and bright. The bed was firm. There was a high pitched squeal from the bathroom fan in the first room I had. They sent up the engineer who said it was because the fan motor was right above me (seventh floor) on the roof and they could move me to another room if I wished. The second room was a nicer room with a couch. There was no coffee pot in the second room and the front desk told me they would have one brought up (twice) but never did. The hotel is about a mile away from the metro and town cent It is a nice value for the price. Note: Breakfast is not included. There is a small restaurant with a limited breakfast and dinner menu. There are a couple of breakfast places behind Chick-fil-A. If you want housekeeping to tidy up, you need to request each day before 9:00am

Best Best Western Ever. Staff were wonderful. Facility was beautiful, modern, clean and well cared for. Easy access off the highway (270). The TV was huge and there were plenty of outlets for chargers. The Bar /Restaurant were great & there were other choices next door in a lovely shopping center. If you need a hotel in this area, this one is a great choice.

Hotel looks brand new or newly renovated. Check in was quick, took maybe 2 minutes. Room was super clean and all furnishings and carpet look brand new. Had a big screen TV mounted on the wall, largest TV I have ever seen in a hotel. Was nice watching football on it! Bed was comfortable, I loved the walk in shower, I need one for my house! Towels were actually soft and not scratchy. Hotel is within walking distance to Chick-fil-a and a gas station is across the street. Also the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also it was nice to have a water bottle refill station in the lobby. There is a Metro station about 10 minutes away. I parked at the station free since it was Sunday. Took the Metro in to DC and back for $5 round trip plus $2 for the Metro Card so highly recommend staying outside DC and taking the Metro. Metro is clean and safe. Would stay here again, thinking about coming in the spring for the cherry blossoms and will definitely stay here!

My hubby and I went to a rescue dogs’ event and stayed at the Best Western Premier. We were exhausted when we got to the hotel and we needed to check in and get ready to go back out to have dinner with local friends. A young gentleman checked us in and my husband spotted the 24/7 coffee bar area. A HUGE thank you for that little detail makes such a big difference, when you are a coffee lover. The lobby is well and modernly decorated for the season. The room we got 769, is right the first one once you get off the elevator. Not bad for people who hate to walk all the way at the end of the hallway, lol. The room was exactly how was described on their website. We also appreciate the little coffee maker in the bedroom, the fridge and the microwave. Also, the furniture is minimal and modern, exactly what you need at a hotel room. Plus everything works . The bed was clean, the towels were fresh and nothing was dusty nor dirty. The location is key for a quick drive to downtown, and other towns. The check out was easy and the staff was very professional. Thank you!

The hotel is so nice, and all the furniture including mattresses are brand new. The breakfast and the restaurant was really good and so clean, the people are nice and always smile, y would definitely recommend to stay at the hotel when going to the DC area.
