Safari Hotel Boardwalk

Booked several rooms for family to attend an event happening in town. After several weeks, the hotel sent me an email saying no rooms were available for that date. But when I called to question it, I was told if I booked for an additional night, that I did not need, the rooms were available. At twice the expense obviously.

We are just departing from our second stay at this lovely hotel and are now certain that we will chose it again and again for all of our future OC getaways. The management is genuinely kind and it is obvious that they love people and sincerely want their guests to have a pleasant experience. The rooms are the cleanest that I have stayed in and I have a history of being a bit "snooty" when it comes to that, so I've stayed in countless high end chains such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. The location is fabulous with easy access to parking, food and drink options, and of course the beach and boardwalk. The common area decks on the 3rd and 4th floors provide plenty of space for the guests to take in the view and are made from what I believe is composite material which is friendly to bare feet. We sat up there to watch the air show this weekend and it was amazing. Of course, even complementary ear plugs were offered to us. They think of everything! Thank you, Safari for your kindness and accommodating gestures. We will see you for SunFest!

Very impressed by the friendliness of Art & Marie?. I have not come across such friendly people or service in my years of travels. They made you feel as though they've known you all of your life. Art even helped my daughter and I take our luggage and bags to the car and put them inside. Mind you it is an older hotel, But Rooms are very clean, the whole hotel is clean. I recommend this hotel 100%

This is a no-frills place, but it's clean, inexpensive and right on the boardwalk (although up from all the noise). The bed is comfortable, the front desk is very helpful, and the room is average size. Also, there is an elevator for those that need it. I enjoyed my stay!
