Red Roof Inn Washington DC Lanham

The room was dirty, smelled, only 1 towel, no facecloth, internet only worked some of the time. linens did not look fresh. people kept knocking on my door, saying they had the wrong room, I had been driving for 14 hours & had my dog so I didn't have much choice! Will never stay there again!

The room was very dirty the floors 🤦‍♂️🤮 the bed cover had burnt cigarette holes in a non smoking room that smells like pot! Bring your Fabrez air freshener if you decide to stay! A pitcher is over a 1000 words and all I can say spend your hard working money elsewhere!

Management is horrible!!!! I was staying there with my sister and nephew, I was the reason why they were there. Management allowed them to remove my name which I didn't have access to room when I got home for work. On Tuesday, August 6, I was sitting in the lobby waiting to get authorization into room 114, I was sitting speaking to the clerk who normally had a good attitude, got mad because I was answering the a guest question about why he took me off the room. He immediately said I had to go!!! No harm no threat just you had to go. No explanation I had to go. I told him, I am legal personnel but it didn't matter. I used the bathroom in room 112, he told the guy he had to go helping me. Where in the law they attended and now I know the owner has a right to put people out??? Especially without an incident. Don't stay there. Its a place for hookers and pimps. ( I disclosed this without judgment but I have seen this act with my own eyes).

The room was a mess floors were not swept. The shower was dirty and grimey. The toilet had ashes on it and was supposed to have been a non smoking room. We were denied clean linen and last but not least it was a damn mouse in our room. I reached out for a refund still have t heard anything yet. I also contacted the BBB bc it doesn't make sense to pay your hard earned money and have to shack up in a place like that. The heat only worked in the middle of night so we froze during day!!

The place is dirty and smelling cannabis in all the rooms. No warm water and no good TV set. The floors are sticky. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. I asked for a room change and was charged $30 which was returned to my credit card without any explanation. The sheets smelled like the previous customer(s) and I mean they were not washed. There were rats and roaches. I saw them come out from under the bed. The property denied it. I ran for my life the next morning but eventually returned because the property refused to refund. So, I had 4 horrible nights at the property. I didn’t like anything about the property.
