Hampton Inn Hagerstown I 81

The reception staff gave me a lovely welcome and I LOVE the renovation! The hotel has been refreshed with excellent details like functional hooks, new beds carpeting and furniture. It makes sense except I have a large suitcase and had no where to put it. The bed was comfortable which is clutch for a hotel. Definitely an asset for the community to have a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Proof that investing in good interior design improves quality of life for happy customers. BRAVO Hampton Inn Hagerstown!!

I’m never surprised by what a great hotel can offer. This one was well run with managers at the helm making sure it was done in a way Hilton would expect. A great example of how it’s done. The breakfast had ample supply of warm food ,although the dairy was a little lacking. The pool was exquisite and offered great joys to our children.

My husband and I stayed here to attend the Memorial Illumination at Antietam Battlefield about a half hour away due to the many positive reviews. We received exemplary service and completely enjoyed our stay. The room and any other part of the hotel we saw was spotless. The bed was big and fluffy and soft beyond belief for a great couple of nights' sleep. The free breakfast bar was kept well-stocked and was constantly being attended to and cleaned by several friendly and efficient employees. They even had ready-made omelets and scones in addition to every other breakfast food imaginable. Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 in the lobby. There were also snacks, drinks, and a small selection of beer, wine, and microwaveable meals available by the front desk all the time. We had a problem with the noisy people in an adjacent room and were very satisfied with the attention and compensation given to us by the front desk manager, Stephanie Milton. If you are visiting the area, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy on and off from I-81, room on 3rd floor and its AC were very quiet so excellent for sleeping, delightful staff, very clean property, king bed and linens were comfortable, pillows were not overly stuffed, room was spacious; water pressure in shower was excellent. Gas stations nearby. We traveled with a pre-packed dinner so not sure about dining options; did have a nice range of options for breakfast, including yogurt and fruit. Would stay here again.

The staff members at this Hampton Inn were very personable. They accommodated my request for a room facing away from the interstate. The breakfast staff was also friendly, and breakfast was good. Lots of smiles from these employees. The room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed the big screen TV. I heartily recommend Hampton Inn Hagerstown I-81 for those visiting or passing through the Hagerstown area.
