No Breakfast at all despite they show pictures on their web site. Room was smelling bad when we arrived. Had to leave the door and window open. Bed was bad... We had back issues the day after. It feels really old and dirty. The only good thing is that it is cheap.

The rooms are decent. The bathtubs could use an upgrade. The lamp bulbs did not work in my room so I went to buy some bulbs. Check in was quick the lady at the front desk was nice. I was here for three days and there were some contractors who sat outside drinking and playing music up to 1am. I was here on business so it made it difficult for me to sleep or get any work done. I assumed this hotel would be quiet since it was off the main roads. I underdstand hotels will have some noise but the fact that they open all the doors to their trucks and start cooking on grill with loud music like they are at the park is rediculous and the hotel staff does nothing despite the fact they can hear it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff on the phone were very nice, but when I arrived the room was a disgusting disaster. Hair in the tub and drain. An exposed ground wire coming out of a open ceiling panel. They moved me to another room, and as the staff opened the room door, we could see that the fridge had leaked completely and there was a huge puddle of water. The third room was also not cleaned. I was told that housekeeping had not cleaned the room that day due to the holiday, and someone had just made up the beds with the linens left on. I don't blame the staff, the general manager is to blame. It felt like this manager had just given up, or didn't know how to manage a hotel properly. The staff member recommended the Days Inn Hotel nearby. And not only was it cleaner, but it was also a better price. I thank the staff member for trying to help me that day. It was late and I needed rest. The general manager really failed their hotel and the staff that day. This place was digusting and not guest ready. Avoid completely.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a quick halfway stop on the way to Ocean City. It was the cheapest option around and not terrible for the price. Plenty of parking, great customer service, and our room was very clean. Yes, it’s cheap so the floor is a hard plastic which sinks and the shower was outdated for some mystery stains that come with age. It was nice still being offered free WiFi, HBO, and a complementary breakfast that was ok but nothing special. Overall for the price we would surely return if need be. Easy access to downtown Frederick and a quick walk away from Sheetz.

I would definitely recommend staying. Great price and they make you feel welcome which is hard to come by. We have been to a couple of hotels in frederick and I would prefer this one over all of them.
