Hampton Inn Easton Pennsylvania

I love this forum . I find it interesting that SOME hotels have 2 reviews from 2024. I do stay here 2x a year . I enjoyed our visit at this hotel. We found the employees to be very cheerful and we enjoyed the mints, popcorn and delicious unique flavored cookies at night. Our air conditioning worked perfect. I just feel bad that it was on the whole time. I did turn it off t o give it a break but the room was warm in 30 min .The ice machine kept up with the summer heat . For breakfast, the choices are pretty much the same. But I did enjoy the different waffle flavors, which I'm sure everybody did, which made a big line . Big kudos to the crew of the breakfast, because if you got there at 6 or at a quarter to 10, everything was always filled up and it looks as if it just was opened for the day. Just a reminder to the crew to wipe the edges of the table for the syrup from those waffles which are a big hit. I found the drinks in the dispenser tasted it a little off to me. So I only enjoyed 2 out of the four. To get a 5 star for me there needs to be a little more attention to detail.Elevator wasn't always clean, sticky floor and corners in room . The staff did an excellent job of emptying the garbage. It was quiet. There is a lot of outlets in the room. And very The pool in the summer was somewhat alike that's not to my preference and the bottom looked like it could be cleaned a little bit more period I would like them to put in a little bit larger garbages in the room for those people who are staying more than 7 days. The small ones fill up with 2 water bottles. And I noticed that the curves in the front of the building are not handicap or with luggage friendly.There was no indent to get down or off of them.

Nice hotel, great location and good customer service. The only issue we had was that is was very warm outside and the blanket choices were a 2 ton blanket, a think scratchy one, or a sheet - no happy medium.. So it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Other than that, I would stay there again.

One of the better Hamptons. Still keeping up the standards we expect from a HIlton property. Welcoming, clean, service oriented. What a hotel should be. For those of you who have pet allergies, so far it has not become a kennel for pets. Very clean and people oriented. They actually help you at the front desk instead of disappearing or ignoring you or not returning calls.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weekends in a row as my daughter lives in the area, it is clean , has comfy beds, good breakfast, 2 cons, they don't shovel the snow well after a storm only in parking lot and front of building it was hard to get to car and both weekends the first person in the morning to shower the water is cold, so next time I would run the shower and then wait awhile!

We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and this is definitely a contender for the nicest we've ever visited. It's exceptionally nice and new-looking in the lobby area, with beautiful flooring and a whimsical little horse sculpture by the elevators. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and most of all, quiet. Both our digital keys worked for the two rooms, which hasn't always been the case at Hamptons. The front desk staff were friendly. Complimentary waters were left in our rooms. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. Wifi worked great. Complimentary breakfast among the better ones we've had at a Hampton (OK, the bananas were overripe, but that's the only nit I have). Outstanding hotel well above the usual Hampton Inn standard.
