Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clear Spring

Excellent staff and clean facility. The staff was even doing a little egg hunt for the kids and the got prizes for finding eggs, our daughter really liked that. Breakfast was good as you would expect from a HIE. Was disappointed that the pancake maker was broken. Only issue I had, and that kept it from a five star was the jets in the hot tub were not working correctly. But it was still nice to be able to sit and soak since this was the only hotel on our trip that had a hot tub. We would book here again. Also be aware that the building is really close to a siren and it went off like three times in the early morning. Staff said it was for tornados but there was no alerts on my phone from the NWS. I was thinking it may be for the Vol. fire department there.

Front Desk wrongly and illegally charged my disabled Veteran Spouse for having a LICENSED service dog then yelled at him when we inquired what happened and showed proof of License for our 12 year old service dog. The hotel itself is currently for sale and is falling apart everywhere.No hot water in the rooms,old furniture and wallpaper is coming off the hallway walls. Breakfast was mediocre at best and was difficult to find any food/restaurants at night.Pricing doesn't match ammenities and professionalism or service is a joke here.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff willing to help with anything . My 7 year old loves the pool. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. Rooms are always clean. I highly recommend this hotel with easy access to I-70!

Make sure to verify your rate. They will change it and not even tell you. Also forget about getting anything to clean your room ants everywhere. Manager refused phone calls refused to resend emails they claimed to have sent stating rate change. Corporate just sided with the manager even though no one will confirm the emails.

Amazing place calm, very polite staff, late check in and check out provided, nice breakfast, heated pool, free parking, reasonable pricing, spacious room, comfortable beds and neat. We will visit again if we can. Thank you so much for offering us a great experience ☺️
