TownePlace Suites Bowie Town Center

The rooms were fine, well maintained but the management and front desk were totally clueless on their compound. The spring break brought many kids, and you couldn't use the fitness room as the room was taken over by preparing teen and teen agers...over 8-9 kids in a small 3 machines fitness room. All night doors banging in hallways. You couldn't sleep at this place. Horrible quality of sleep. The motel had security on-site, and they had to be advised a few times during my stay. Then, a security car was parked on site. From all these things, I determined that the neighborhood is questionable. I have rarely had such a poor and uncivilized experience at a Marriott property. This is part of a franchise and very poorly managed despite discounts on 3rd party sites. I would not recommend.

I gave this hotel tens of thousands of dollars. The manager wrote me an apology email for an issue I encountered with her. Months later when I checked out, she stated that it did not have my $100 incidental deposit to return to me. I called corporate office regarding this several times. The hotel still has not issued my $100. Never again!

Awesome location, clean, friendly staff, very good value. The breakfast was also a great perk. There was a wide variety of hot items. Coffee available all day which was nice. It is dog friendly. All dogs were well behaved. There’s a really nice walking path around a pond right next to the hotel. It’s also just a block from the mall so you can easily walk there. We have family in Bowie so we will definitely be coming back and will stay here again.

We stayed here for one night and the pictures on the website i must say are very very generous. Location is good but the room we had and hotel are dated and employees seem to be “mailing it in”. The breakfast was at best one of the worst Ive had at townplace suites across the US and the hotel is noisy. Guest coming in/out all hours of the night and talking loud and making noise. Regardless, the hotel was clean and comfortable but we will definitely be looking at other options when we come to this part of Maryland on our frequent trips here.

We had a wonderful wonderful stay at your hotel. All of your staff were fabulous especially Laura. I cannot say enough good things about how accommodating how clean and how wonderful our stay was. The amenities at your property was wonderful, and staff were extra-ordinary!
