My husband and I visited for a quick overnight trip . The hotel had an awesome location so I overlooked the fact that the bathroom was older and had rusting in several spots BUT on the morning of our check out my husband had breakfast ALONE @ a rate of $19.99 and our room was charged almost $85.00 for FOUR breakfasts instead the ONE. I didnât notice the charge before we checked out because the hotel âallegedlyâ does not give receipts during check out according to the front desk. I contacted the hotel over the course of two days and was told the that General Manager would get back to me after reviewing video . The General Manager - Tavon , NEVER got back to me. Sadly, it looks like we are out of $60 because this hotel is individually owned and does not have the added protection offered by being part of a chainđ

The front desk workers are rude, hung up on me when I asked her name. When calling the cage real manager. He lets phone go to voicemail so he doesnât have to deal with all the problems. I cannot believe that people want their weddings here! Bed bugs Stained carpets and ripped carpets No hot water, maintenance unable to fix Doors donât lock. (Balcony and door to access room from hall)

So loud!!!!! I don't understand what was happening past midnight, but there was a neverending barrage of insanely loud music that rattled the walls. Staff did nothing, I guess that's just common place here. The rooms are old and have thick carpet, which I'm assuming holds all of the weird smells. Shame too because the location is great, could be a top hotel if they tried.

What a dump! I am laying on a bed with dingy old sheets worrying about bedbugs, having just walked across a carpet I cringe to walk on without flip flops, and the AC just kicked on and filled the room with an old musty smell. I am just stunned that I unknowingly booked such a cringe worthy room. They have a Ruthâs Chris and McCormmick snd Schmidt on site. How is it possible the rooms are this bad? The location is great and the person that checked me in was super friendly but I highly recommend you do not stay here. I donât know how trip advisor is giving it 4 stars. This is a 1 a 2 star hotel at best.

It is no longer a Hilton Hotel. It is independently owned. We were here 6 months ago and it was still a Hilton and a MUCH better experience. It took 45 minutes to checkin because the man at the desk didnât know how to do it. The room and bathroom were outdatedâŚchips and rust in the tub, no makeup mirror, no place to hang towels. Took almost a half hour to checkout. There was no record of us checking inâŚthe woman checking us out could find no record asking us what time we checked in and who checked us in. Got an $81 parking ticket outside the main entrance because it took so long to checkout. The woman checking us out would not reimburse us or take it off the bill. We will have to deal with the manager another day! I would NOT recommend this hotel.
