Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore White Marsh

The hotel room has a generally shabby appearance. Carpets are dirty, mold in shower, and furniture is dated. The night we stayed there were multiple instances of the fire alarm sounding, people leaving their rooms to be told "false alarm." The indoor pool and gym area was closed and the pool water was not clean. Having stayed at Hilton Garden Inns previously I was very shocked at the condition of this location.

The staff was friendly and courteous, however the lack of cleanliness and desperate need for renovation was palpable. Upon entering our room, we found blood droplets on the tile floor. There was visible mold in the outdated shower and the drain was not functional in the sink. The curtains weren’t working so the light came in early that morning which defeated the purpose of “do not disturb” This is the second time staying at this particular location and the upteenth time staying at Hiltons with the same outcome. Phoning Hilton HQ gets me nowhere. I was promised Hilton points which were never given. This is it for myself and my family staying at Hiltons. #neveragain #lackofcustomerservicw

The kind and courteous staff were the best thing about our stay, so shoutout to OG, AJ, Jennifer and Jeffrey. We also did enjoy breakfast as it had enough variety to offer. However, the hotel did have some issues. We stayed on and off for 1.5 weeks, 3 different rooms and all had issues. One had a defective AC, the next was saturated with humidity and the last one was okay but many stains on the carpet. Overall, all the rooms feel quite old and in need of refurbishment. Lastly, housekeeping was very inconsistent. At times they did it, but then they failed to pass by for a few days so upon calling front desk I was informed cleaning had to be requested. And then they did come by without request...so, inconsistent.

O.G at the breakfast area was the best we've ever had. We where there for 2 week stay and did overnight shifts but going back to O.G and breakfast was the best. Breakfast was very good from French toast to egg sandwiche, and the best attitude to start or end our day!! When we had a second opportunity to go another 2 weeks we all agreed to only 1 place to stay at. The White marsh area and mall are a block down the road with a great area for family and dining. We told our company if it wasn't for O.G we wouldn't have gone back second time.
