Great stay !! The only thing that sucked was the breakfast but hey it’s two Starbucks within a block of the hotel . My check in with Chris was very pleasant he was such a nice guy . The next day we met the General manager he had on this amazing blue pinstripe suit on (super fancy ) I told him I would come back just so he can take me to his suit place and go shopping . We also met Santiago on our check out he was nice but not as outgoing as the other two gentleman The room was what I needed ,clean , had a soft comfortable bed , hot shower , and it was quiet . The distance between the hotel and the convention center was better than you I thought usually when people say it’s a block away they don’t mean a literal block . All and all was a good stay .

First let me start out by thanking chris great job! Santiago wow ok I didn't know if I was checking into a hotel or a cult😯 he looks so much like malachi from the children of the corn...wearing women jewelry....what I didn't like was how he talked in Spanish to nayeska who does the breakfast that I had to constantly tell her to replenish the breakfast that sits on a small table...I had ear buds in my ear that picks up on translation he spoke bad about chris and I they both laughed but didn't know I knew what they said I honestly wanted to say something but I didn't I saved it for the review nayeska stayed talking to Santiago more than she was keeping up the breakfast area I told her twice that the coffee was out she doesn't speak English and Santiago translated wht I said....I think Santiago needs to be fired because of the mean thing he said about his coworker chris...the housekeepers don't speak English which made it hard to communicate I asked for a do not disturb sign she had to look in 4 rooms to find a sign...whoever is the housekeeping supervisor needs to be let go how are the rooms being inspected and passing we were given trash bags for the ice bucket now tht was insane smh the only one that gets a 5 star is CHRIS il neva stay there again

I stayed at this hotel for my Mary Kay Career Conference held at the Baltimore Convention Center. The location was perfect walking distance. The hotel is very clean and has an amazing smell upon entry (I LOVE a great scent)!! The manager greeted me in a full suit and welcomed me to the hotel. The parking garage connected to the hotel was added safety and security for traveling alone and it was easy to navigate. My bed was super comfortable and my room was just right for a short business trip!

It wasn't a good stay at the Hotel, but I had a great time out of the hotel, the Inner Harbor was nice and so the Felts Points. The Hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before it was cancelled. Front desk doesn't have a clue to what my happen to my reservation, all she said was "I wasn't here in the morning"

We had a great stay at the Days Inn Baltimore. Overall, I would return knowing what I do now. Here are my Pros/Cons of My experience at the Days Inn. Hope this helps someone . Pros: 1. Across from the arena, Perfect location for the concert. 2. Room was Clean, I liked that we had a couch in our room. The rooms are nicer than I expected being that it was our first time staying at a Days Inn, so I didn't know what to expect. We stayed here because our friends booked a room at this hotel. 3. The Staff Was AMAZING! (Harry The general Manager we told him it was our anniversary when he asked what brings us here, and when we got back from the concert it was a personal card, and a ballon from him wishing us a happy anniversary and a $20 Starbucks Gift card. I thought that was super kind of him, and he scored major points with my husband as he's a Starbucks addict!!! The Desk Clerks: Carmen, Andres (I think that is how you spell it), The Person who brought us extra towels, he did not speak much English he just smiled a lot but was so kind. 4. proximity to a Starbucks (one block) my husband was in Heavan! Cons: 1. Breakfast Sucked! The front desk recommended Miss Shirleys and let me tell you OMG they had the best food ever. 2. Not the hotels fault I supposed but it was lot of homeless people around the area, but I guess that happens in most downtowns across the country. It was just surprising to see 3. The Gym left little to be desired, but planet fitness was a block away, I just went there We will definitely be back........ Again, Harry not sure if you will see this but My husband and I thank you again for your kind gesture towards us on our a anniversary trip.
