Hampton Inn & Suites Portland West

One night stay in king room w/microwave/mini fridge/coffee maker (single). Updated and clean room- one of the nicest Hampton Inns we've stayed at. Bed very comfortable. Hotel itself very clean and with thoughtful amenities. Breakfast better than most these days, especially for the price. Didn't hit the pool, but popped our heads in to check it out- looked clean and people there said water was nice. Check in w/Hilton key was easy, electronic key gave us no issues, check out was a tap away. Couldn't get easier. Close to all Portland has to offer.

Stayed here to attend a show at Westbrook performing Arts Center about 7 minutes away. One of the nicest Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Free breakfast was adequate. Reasonably priced. Typical Hampton breakfast.

This is a great hotel to stay out if you need somewhere near the airport. Great location food options are near bye. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to stay before our flight out of Portland. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience. Had booked an ADA room with roll-in shower for me and wheelchair bound disabled wife. Reservation was made and guaranteed in Feb 2024 for a July 2024 stay. When I called the week before to re-confirm I was told that the only room with a roll-in shower (that we had reserved) was no longer available and had been booked by someone else. Manager and Corporate were of no help and basically told me to go pound sand. Had to cancel trip.

Morning of 06/20/2024 7-9am. Breakfast was missing the attendant who was hiding in his little room off to the side. Milk for cereal ran out early and was not available to many guests looking for breakfast for the entire time remaining (3 hours).. As other items disappeared it became a joke for ''BREAKFAST INCLUDED''. If HILTON is going to hire someone to do this job how about hiring based on skills and ability. That attendant never showed his face other than to retrieve the empty milk container before disappearing again. You're loosing business!
