Nothing special for the price 44 dollars valet parking. Plus tip. Staff super friendly Beds rock hard. No special WiFi channels. Ie: Netflix, peacock, apple, etc. bar closed early before we finished unpacking 8:pm ,wheel chair friendly ,Clean. Iâve had much nicer for Les elsewhere. The only reason I would return would be the spa.ADELINE it was over the top super clean and well appointed. Katie W was tremendous and my daughter enjoyed Nico. My daughter loves this hotel and will return. Iâm an older more seasoned traveler expect better beds. And Television.

Comfy pillows, excellent shower, comfortable mattress. Lots of room. Appreciate all the plugs for devices. Appreciate the room darkening curtains. Staff were friendly! Restaurant and bar food was excellent! Waitress on 4/5/25 at 15th floor bar was delightful.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and organized. Thank you for the fresh towels during our stay! The food was fabulous for our National meeting. The employees are top notch and very friendly and professional. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Excellent service, courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean and met every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the helpful valet, knowledgeable desk staff, absolutely beautiful and clean room, and awesome food and attentive restaurant staff. Definitely the place to stay in Portland Maine.

We stayed at this hotel for New Yearâs Eve, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and the staff couldnât have been more welcoming and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. They even gave us a lovely corner room with stunning views through large windows, which made our stay feel extra special. For the level of quality and service provided, the price was unbeatable. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we wouldnât hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Itâs the perfect choice for a memorable getaway!
