Portland Regency Hotel & Spa

We decide to visit Portland, Maine to celebrate mine and my husband's birthdays. Once the staff heard this they gave us adorable birthday cookies, which my son absolutely loved. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We even extended our trip a day because we were having so much fun. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept, and the location is unbeatable. It's so close to so many amazing restaurants and shops!

Location is great. Staff is welcoming and professional. We had a king room with a balcony which was updated and clean with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The two restaurants onsite we awesome as well! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Regency. While I do wish they had original art work, from Maine artists, hanging in the rooms, the staff are always genuine, personal, and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff who work very hard to make everything perfect.

Consistent excellent service in a unique setting right in the middle of the Old Port. We recommend using the valet parking. Each room in this hotel has its own charm and no two are alike. Always clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous and give you the feeling that you are important. Located steps from shopping and many great restaurant choices.

Comfy and clean room and great service from staff. Location was great. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by, easy to walk anywhere you’d like to go downtown. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service which was great since the weather was not great! Highly recommend!
