Erin(GM), Marissa & Josh(front desk agents) were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & accommodating! This 5 floor hotel is top notch and very clean. HOT COFFEE was ready at 5 am!!! Very nice, clean hotel with very friendly front desk staff and service employees. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice views. Across the street from the Oxford Casino. Down the road from the Maine Wildlife Park. Close by delicious food and coffee.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have always had a good experience. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly, and competent. They have a nice gym. The indoor pool looks nice, but I forgot to bring a bathing suit! The breakfast is fairly typical for Hampton Inn. I would and likely will stay there again.

Great experience! Breakfast was great, and the pool was amazing. The only things were that the pool was pretty shallow, and I couldn't jump in a the "deep" end of the pool, and my room was loud. But overall, it was good. Actually, I'd say that I loved it!

Pets everywhere, even unfriendly. Barking, scratching at doors, even in the dining area. Breakfast was awful, pool was cold and tv didnāt work. Broken window repaired with painters tape, dog hair in the shower. Come on people! We pay for this!!
