Stayed in room 320. All the staff went beyond the call of duty! Loved the fireplace in my very roomy suite! Great place to stay. The breakfast was terrific (not included in the stay but well worth the price!) My room had a sitting area as well as a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom had a tv as well as a tv over the fireplaceI'll be back :)

Convenient location right off the highway. This hotel is in desperate need of updating! Rug in the room was stained and filthy. Mattress is old and lumpy. The room did have a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Very nice indoor pool and spa services.

Tired old hotel, definitely doesn't get the updates a chain would require. The room had numerous signs of age, but the real issue was the heat. It rose to 81 degrees overnight, despite being to set 64F and on "cool". Refrigerator was e cessively loud until turned "up" to a warmer setting. Jacuzzi tub was dingy with the jets clearly not as white as the tub itself. Regret paying extra for this amenity. Staff appeared ambivalent to our heat issue.

I've stayed here alone while visiting family coming down from Canada. I felt very safe, clean and the services available are amazing! The last few years my husband and dog have traveled with me. We enjoy the spa, the location and the amazing staff. Thank you for your excellent accommodations!

BEST HOTEL WE EVER STAYED AT!! 2 queen suite was excellent, clean, roomy,staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Cloud 9 restaurant served excellent food. Will definitely come back again. Also enjoyed the spa and pool area and hot tub.
