We appreciated... - the friendly and helpful staff (well, except for the decidedly unfriendly woman at the front desk on Sunday morning) - the pleasant decor - the spacious room (studio suite) with ample drawer space - the large shower, thanks to rounded glass doors - the decent lighting and sufficient outlets - the cute little shelf for phone charging But not... - the bathroom sink which did not drain - the desk chair -- shredded vinyl, with exposed foam rubber! It was shocking and shameful to find this in a Marriott hotel.

Itâs a perfect business hotel with ample room size and amenities. I specially like the work desk and free wifi. The location is a bit off and there is nothing walkable nearby, so youâd have to drive/take a cab to the nearest dining spots. Overall. 4/5

This is a very modern hotel well located with good amenities including a full self-swerve breakfast selection, pool, exercise room, etc. Furnishings and the bed were ll good and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the actual "cleanliness" of our room. My wife found large tufts of dark hair stuck the shower/tub wall and over the drain when she pulled back the shower curtain and there was "debris" on the floor in corners and by the edges of furniture. It was late so I waited until morning to tell the manager (who was not there until the AM) . When I got back to the room that afternoon I found that the room had been properly and thoroughly cleaned. There was no note or comment by management, so I told the manager that the room was now properly cleaned.

The hotel is decent. The breakfast buffet is the big selling point but the hotel is a good price point too. But gee Marriott, I have stayed in 3 different rooms over the last few months and you apparently have these same ugly worn-out chairs throughout the hotel. I wouldn't invite you to my home and make you sit on torn chairs and definitely not make you pay to sit on them. Seriously.

My favorite hotel since 2016, and now I'll never go back even if they do fix all the issues - the staff pretended to care, but like another reviewer said, the woman at the front desk turned to stare into her phone at some point late in my stay in the middle of us talking about. I guess they truly don't care, and that hotel used to be my favorite since 2016, and I'll never go back. I've been a guest at this hotel since 2016, and I loved it - now I will never go back. The rug in my room (221) was so nasty it was actually sticky. They offered me two other rooms - the first was 332, and the rug in there was even worse, because the rug actually had a visible gooey stain in the middle of the floor, and it was sticky (yes I touched it). I even took off my shoes to feel if the carpet was sticky everywhere, and it was. I just told them I didn't want to see the third room, I would stay in the same room but I wanted a bunch of bath towels to cover the entire floor. Other than that, the other stuff was insignificant - ice maker in frig doesn't work (that was always hit or miss, but more frequently miss lately), and some stuff was loose (towel rack in bathroom, light fixture). When I stayed there in April 2024, I was in room 412 and had no complaints (other than the ice maker in that frig also didn't work). I guess I got lucky. September 2024 I found out what everyone was really complaining about and it was worse than I thought from just reading those reviews. I read them, thought of going to a different hotel, but I figured I'd take my chances because I thought the hotel was so much better than the others, and the rooms were bigger and nicer. But wow did I regret it. And they didn't even tell you they really do charge a $10 parking fee, it was on the invoice when I got the email the day I left - I just didn't look at it before I left, and would have known already that there's nothing worth trying with the staff - it just added insult to injury. The staff pretended to care. They told me the room I was in was overdue for a carpet shampoo, but seriously??? And I understand why so many reviews mention Marriot brand - the excuse for any complaint like that is "we've been pleading with corporate to do something, but they are just dragging their feet" so the staff just says "it's not our fault" - and if it's not their fault, there's nothing they can do to fix it, so... And to top it all off, you can't even call the hotel directly any longer - you can only get a call center. That hotel went so far downhill that I am so disgusted, I am NEVER GOING BACK - STICKY FLOORS IN THE ROOMS
