Stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy a short break in Boston. The hotel is only 5 years old and the studio was well equipped although a few issues with the safe and lights not working. The area isnât the best with a few unsavoury characters walking around the streets, I did not realise when I booked. The room was clean and comfy enough but no soundproofing at all! I could hear next door pull their blinds up and down but the worse was the noise from the floor above. Every food step could be heard, the maids trolley, suitcases etc which did not make for a good nights sleep! Infact, when we walked along our floor you could feel it vibrate. Staff were polite and friendly but I would not return to this Marriott for the reasons mentioned above. If you do stay here ask for the 6th floor which is the top.

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip. This place doesnât have a lot of frills but had a clean, modern, spacious room with friendly service. We had a studio, king bed, city view room and there was a small closet, desk, tv, chair, sofabed, a small counter/island with 2 stools and a kitchen with a small sink, small dishwasher, full size fridge and lots of cabinets. It was way more than we needed but nice to have. The only thing we felt was missing was a luggage rack. They also do a complimentary breakfast in the morning which we didnât try. There is a bar but no one was working there when we stopped down around 5:30 - I believe itâs supposed to open at 5. And just a few snacks on the menu so donât plan on having dinner there. But if you just need a great room, I would recommend. If not for the location and the expensive parking, I would have given a 5 rating. The location felt safe but not as good as some other locations in Boston where there are tons of restaurants at your doorstep.

wow!!!! this place is so nice! we got a one bedroom suite on the 6th floor. Absolutely updated and beautiful. A full living area, kitchen, and separate bedroom. But the best part of this stay has been Kevin! This guy is fantastic!!!!! Heâs friendly, happy, and really goes above and beyond to give you a great experience. While the hotel isnât in the center of activity, itâs a nice quiet place and so much within a mile of walking to do. We tools a few ubers that were fast and inexpensive to get to the more life of the city. But came back to Kevinâs smiling face!

I stayed at this property for several months due to work, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had while traveling for business. To begin on a positive note, I want to commend the front desk staffâYari, Brooke, Alani, and othersâwho were consistently professional, helpful, and understanding during my stay. Their efforts stood out, even as some of them chose to leave the hotel, citing their own frustrations with the management and working environment. However, my extended stay revealed significant issues with the hotel's management and operations. The most egregious incident occurred when a staff member entered my room despite a clear "Do Not Enter" sign on the door and a note left at the front desk explicitly requesting privacy. During this unauthorized entry, several of my personal items were thrown away. The front desk staff immediately informed me of the situation upon my return, and they assured me that I would be reimbursed for the loss. I followed their instructions and emailed a detailed list of the items, expecting a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with consistent delays and avoidance. The hotel's General Manager, Tommy Brunson, was unresponsive for the majority of my stay. After escalating the issue to the VP of Colwen Hotels, Kimberly Tobias, I initially received an eager response, only to be redirected back to Tommy, who then asked for sensitive personal information, such as bank statements, without taking any concrete action to resolve the issue. This mishandling of my concerns, coupled with the lack of accountability and transparency, left me deeply disappointed. It is unacceptable for any guest to have their privacy violated and their property mishandled, only to face a complete lack of support or resolution from management. To make matters worse, I have been trying to resolve this issue since May without success. The continued lack of response and meaningful action has only reinforced my dissatisfaction. I cannot recommend this property, especially for extended stays, due to the poor management practices and lack of accountability. I will be pursuing further legal action to address this matter.
