Best Western Plus Executive Hotel & Suites

Location was very good . Shopping area close by. Casinos was 12 minutes away. Customer services was great. Breakfast was good many choices to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom was great. Bath products in bathroom was really nice. I will stay there again real soon.

One of THE BEST BW I've stayed at. Couldn't find anything wrong here and I tried. Slept good. Pillows sleep cool and have 5 on a king bed. Bed was medium firm and comfortable. VERY clean property and everthing WORKS. Front desk staff was polite and knew their job well. They have coffee available 24/7. They have a spotless pool. Parking is good. Real close to I-10, but zero traffic noise. Inside. Even have a real nice smoker's bench outside . This will be my hotel when I come to the LC area from now on.

The hotel appeared very clean and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. That said, there are environmental issues. The hotel is dank and musty, so as is the case in many old hotels in damp regions, they try to cover up the moldy, musty, odors through overuse of air fresheners. I couldn't stay in the room nor in the lobby without choking. There were fleas in my bed but I didn't mention it. The room smelled of bug spray so I assumed they were aware. I did change rooms due to the odor of mold and mildew. The second room was slightly better.

First the positive: Lacy was phenomenal a sweet southern greeting as I checked in. Thank You. I let Lacy know about a few issues that need immediate attention. She assured me they would be addressed asap. My room: Bathroom toilet appeared to have not been cleaned in months. Mold everywhere… Tiny ants on the computer desk Ceilings looked moldy Last, there was no cell phone service inside the hotel. I don’t t complain about much, but this BW Plus needs a thorough health inspection, mold is not only disgusting but dangerous.

Stayed for three nights, was always greeted by a friendly staff member. The hotel was clean, room was clean with good air conditioning, and the food was excellent.
