The hotel is amazing and beautiful! Shout out to Armani at the front desk! He checked us in at the front desk and gave us a warm welcoming and gave us the run down of the restaurants and amenities they provide here. He was really cool and helpful, Great start to our trip!

The room was comfortable and quiet--an interior facing room that didn't get any of the noise from loud party goers during a festival week. Location was great, right in the heart of the French quarter. The furnishings were a bit tired and dated though, and for the price we paid, I would have expected more upgraded furnishings.

Fantastic location and staff, the Jazz Playhouse and pool area are fantastic. Bathroom was a little tired and water was $8 a bottle. But overall it was a true slice of New Orleans. Very much recommended and overall we are glad we chose this hotel.

We stayed here before and after our cruise for a total of four nights. A fantastic location right in the heart of Bourbon Street, within walking distance to loads of attractions. Had a slight hic up with our first room as not cleaned but quickly allocated another. Great toiletries available with a fantastic bathroom. The coffee/tea machine also a great addition along with a fridge! A safe also available. The room as well as the hotel fantastically clean. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately no time to use the pool but looked fantastic.

What a fabulous place , Devis Bell looked after us soo well . Fantastic service . Food was lovely . Simply the best . We will definitely be back , such a great guy , it was the best service in New Orleans , we had great time there .also a shout out to Cathleen .thank you from the two girls
