Cambria Hotel New Orleans Downtown Warehouse District

Overall the hotel is beautiful, very comfortable. My problem is the deposit! First I was told they released my deposit the day I checked out , then another employee told me it’s up to my bank to release the funds which would take 3-5 business days . Called my bank and they said it’s still on hold ! Called Cam BACK they said it’s not on hold . To make a long story short it’s been 26 days and I have yet to receive my deposit. I called and asked if i was charged anything and they said no ! I just want my $150.00 back .

Complete Rip Off ! They charged me an undisclosed service fee after I was checked out and when I called said it was for free drinks. Total Scam you can do better elsewhere. You've been warned. They get you on the price but are deceitful and charge you later.

I had a great stay at Cambria hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was attentive, and the drinks at the bar were also pretty good. But the highlight of our stay goes to Kiesha. I must give a BIG kudos to her. She was working valet by herself overnight. She had amazing energy and got our car so fast. She’s a great asset!

Great stay! The room was nice! I was nervous about my new one sleeping throughout the night bring downtown but it was very quiet. The staff was nice and professional. Keisha in Valet was the BEST…very nice and accommodating. Made things a smooth transition with traffic!

We always travel to NOLA and typically stay at the Cambria hotel in the warehouse district. Our stay this year was good (room was just ok) but the highlight was trying to exit from the parking garage across the street. For some reason the garage gates would not raise up and the actual folks who work for the company who manages the garage offered no help. Then came Kiesha, a valet at the Cambria to the rescue who was able to help us exit ( there were multiple vehicles stuck and unable to leave the garage after paying to exit). She was quick to run over there and knew exactly what to do the help us get on our way! Thanks Kiesha!
