Chris the valet was very exceptional in his duties. He went above and beyond to go to my vehicle to retrieve my medication. I did not know he had to walk five blocks to get my meds. I really wish I had more money to give him. Please tell him I said thank you.

I was born and raised in the fun and exciting city, that people love. Tristan was our go to person in the hotel. He accomplished every need we requested, couldnât ask for a better person at this location. We were there for my husbandâs birthday week. We had a wonderful time eating true home meals. We also enjoyed Allyson and Marc weâre very great at tending the in house bar. We had the Continental European breakfast in the mornings before we ventured out for our full breakfast. We would recommend this very nice accommodation to anyone looking to stay in the CBDâŚ

The front desk staff, especially [De'Jon], were incredibly welcoming! She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made our check-in process smooth and efficient. De'Jon was very professional in meeting our needs even though the front desk area was very busy!

I felt like I was a motel six. I was treated horribly at check-in. "Listen", "As I already told you...", "No", "We don't do that" were the only replies the female front desk clerk knew. For $300+ a night, I expected to be treated with a courtesy, deference and gratitude/thankfulness for the stay. My 21 year old daughter commented on how rude the woman had been. I am Ambassador status and my mom is Titanium. We had 3 rooms and were told there was nothing specilal for our status. The front desk and valet parking gave conflicting information regrading the billing situation and road closures. The main elevator was broken. The room was very nice and clean. For 300+ a night, I would stay someplace else.

The hotel itself was fine - stayed 2 nights pre cruise. The issue we have is that we were charged for our rooms that had been prepaid by our cruise agent and despite us and our agent chasing them daily we still have not had our money returned - they charges both rooms to the cards we were asked to put down for a $40 hold for any incidentally then instead of the hold we were charged for our rooms Apparently our complaint is'under review' and we have to wait for them to carry this review out before they will let us know what they decide --- when they shouldn't be carrying out a review and should be returning the money they charged both cards in full as they have charged for both rooms twice - once to our cruise agent and then again to us and our friends This makes us very nervous over staying here again and I would warn anyone staying pre cruise to check your card balance while stood in the lobby - we didn't notice until 2 days later what they had done.
