It's is definitely a No Frills Hotel one of the reasons why I gave it three Stars instead of one it's because of Joyce. She is the general manager of this hotel, she help fix my problem her professionalism and promptness help make my stay bearable. Again thank you Joyce you are the best thing to this hotel.

Checked in on my way to Detroit room was clean area was surprisingly quiet and the front desk(ms Joyce)helped me find food and drinks during my stay Would stay again because it’s a good resting point once you make it out of Texas

First impression was “this looks janky.” Went check in, tried for get into my room but the door wouldn’t open. I had to push hard on that door and slam my shoulder into the door just to open it. Well got into the room, there’s no much to offer but didn’t seem horrible. Didn’t see any roaches. The remote didn’t work. Well I was woken in the middle of the night itching & covered in hives to find out there are BED BUGS!!!! I went to front desk to immediately notify them of this and get my money back & LEAVE!! They weren’t concerned a bit and gave me my money back for the remaining nights I had booked. they did keep my money for the night I stayed but it didn’t even matter at this point! I am horrified & disgusted to the fullest right now. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO DOWN THE ROAD, PAY A FEW MORE DOLLARS & SAVE YOURSELF!!!

The manager and staff are very nice and customer friendly. Helpful with any needs hy guest. The rooms are clean and up to date with nice furniture , comfortable place to stay anf relax. Located in a nice area near casino and stores.

Having an awesome stay! The Front desk Staff is extremely polite! The housekeepers does an amazing job cleaning the rooms and very helpful in any way they can. If your looking for somewhere to stay while working or on business or vacation this is the place for a very reasonable rate!
