The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent warm breakfast provided. The drawback is the bed. The mattress was so hard that our hips and shoulders kept going numb during the night. It was like sleeping on wood and we got little sleep and were very sore in the morning. Thinking a hot shower would help, we found the water to be just warm but far from hot. Will not stay here again.

No, no, no! Receptionist was asleep when I walked in. Probably because the hotel was empty, I honestly thought it was closed down when we pulled in. There's no excuse for a filthy room, and this was. And, why the place was empty, there's better choices, utilize them.

Awesome staff. Very friendly and efficient. Easily accessible. Quiet lodging. Easy check in and out. Fully informative................................. ..................................................................

Crystal the desk clerk’s bizarre, erratic, rude behavior began after I said I was upset she lied to me (when she told me the manager said they couldn’t move me to the open non-smoking room). She was screaming at me (“Woman I’m not doing this with you tonight…”) throwing things and called the police after I asked for a receipt and # to call in a complaint (“It’s posted all over, you can find it”) then stomped out of the building while I’m talking (she returned friendly, high as a kite). And she gets your credit card, DL, home address, ph #. DON’T STAY THERE. Btw, stairs, walks had swarms of bugs, construction on adjoining lot and sketchy area.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want the worst experience of your life. The room was filthy. We had to keep our shoes on because just walking across the floor, your feet were black. We had to wash our feet before we got into bed and then put our shoes on if we needed to get up during the night to go to the bathroom. They charged us 150.00 deposit because the girl told us they get stupid people in there that tear the place up. Plus it takes up to 30 days to get your deposit back!!! That should have told us to leave but we had driven all day and were tired. This was a horrible experience. The area was not very good and fearful when I had to take the dog out. Do yourself a favor and just keep going on down the road and pass this hellhole up.
