La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houma

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was always smiling and helpful and it was a wonderful extra to have access the a workout/exercise room. Breakfast every morning was hot and filling with a variety of items to pick from. I would definitely stay there again!

If you have a Fur baby this is not the place for you unless you want to be upset because even though LaQuinta everywhere else accept pets; this particular location is not friendly towards Fur Family. I have visited this location on more than one time, so they had a second and third chance and it has always been a problem.

First, the staff was efficient, friendly and addressed all of our concerns except two. Check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was fine every morning. Issues we reported during our stay (in no particular order): telephone flashed red the entire stay (we put it in a drawer); commode ran every two minutes for the duration of our stay; no hot water (1 day); no towel refresh (1 day); key card deactivated (2 days); $50 damage deposit was charged on check-in, and charged again on check-out (instead of a refund). I will not be returning to this hotel.

The bed was good and comfy. The room was clean. Breakfast is okay, waffles, egg and sausage like meat. The water pressure is also good, the water gets nice and warm. I would stay here again. The personnel was also really nice. There is coffee, warm water for tea or cold water in the lobby.

For being an older LaQuinta the Room was very clean and comfortable. Very well kept. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the counters were kept full and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you for making our stay relaxing.
