My family and I stayed at Roosevelt New Orleans, Louisiana from 13-17 April 2025. A āvintageā hotel - it is one of the best hotels in the USA! As they say that in any organization or business - the greatest asset of it is their human resources - true - Ava, the Reservation Manager, the Front Desk Staff - Maggie, Natasha and all are a testament to A-One service! Special thanks to Irma, one of the super ladies in Housekeeping who provided my family with excellent cleaning services! Special thanks to Randy as well, one of the most helpful and courteous Security/Valet/Bell personnel! Million thanks! Ephrem/Lita/Eden/Stephen/Ephraim/Claire/Elad Great

Gerami Wilson from the concierge was very helpful in informing us what to do in New Orleans. He is what you look for in an employee especially in the hospitality industry. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The property is very beautiful and will be back again.

Quite a nice hotel. Rooms are decent but a bit small, nice showers and bathrooms. Annoying that the restaurant isnāt technically part of the hotel, so they donāt keep tables for hotel guests; the Fountain Lodge next door does pretty good smaller food options and usually has space. Slow breakfast service. GREAT location - close to Bourbon Street, but just outside of the French Quarter so itās not too noisy. Spa is good. I had a great massage and the facilities are decent. Hotel was late giving us our rooms and didnāt offer any compensation. Otto the bellboy is a legend, heās always full of beans, very chatty and has a can-do attitude.

My husband and I stayed at The Roosevelt last July to celebrate our 11-year wedding anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience. The lobby is absolutely stunningāit feels like stepping into another world. When we arrived at our suite, we were thrilled to find chocolates and champagne waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. A few floors down, we discovered a beautiful rooftop pool area that felt like a little oasis. It was quiet, clean, and luxurious, with a bar and plenty of fresh towels available. The hotelās location was perfect for our plansāwe wanted to check out a few jazz clubs that evening, and they were all just a short Uber ride away. Even when returning to the hotel late at night, we felt completely safe in the area. We plan to return again this year, and I cannot wait!

The Roosevelt will forever hold a special place in my heart. Every time I return, Iām reminded why this iconic gem is so much more than a hotel: itās a feeling, a memory, a moment suspended in elegance. From the instant I walk through those golden revolving doors, I feel wrapped in the kind of timeless luxury that only the Roosevelt can deliver. The grandeur of the lobby, the soft glow of the chandeliers, and that signature New Orleans warmth and magic. The updated pool deck took my breath away. Elegant loungers, lush surroundings, and the most charming pool bar where I could sip something refreshing under the sun was pure bliss. The spa is a sanctuary in every sense and will have you feeling renewed. Evenings at the Sazerac Bar were a vibe: sexy, storied, and absolutely intoxicating in the best way. The kind of place where you dress up just a little and let the night unfold slowly over a perfectly crafted cocktail. And when I want a little more buzz, the energy of the French Quarter is just steps away. Close enough to feel the pulse of the city, yet far enough to retreat into quiet luxury when the night was done. You *can* be a Quarter rat by night and still wake up in five-star sheets. And I have to say itāthe Roosevelt has the best hotel gift shop Iāve ever seen. Curated, stylish, and full of treasures that felt distinctly Roosevelt. I canāt resist making a few purchases when Iām there! Looking forward to the day they create a full online shopping platform for the gift shop. Every stay reminds me that this isnāt just a hotelāitās a legend, lovingly cared for and beautifully evolving. I canāt wait to be back.
