Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

The Drury Inn Plaza Hotel is amazing. It is in a perfect location, so you can walk to Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, and the Ferry tours. The hotel staff was so helpful in giving suggestions on what was happening near the hotel. Jamie and Bee at the front desk gave great suggestions on activities we should make sure to do during our visit. Jamie was so kind and pleasant to talk to each day! We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in town.

The evening food and breakfast foods was phenomenal. The pool was great and everything was clean. Very good location! The staff was friendly and the parking was very convenient with a reasonable price for this area. The bedding was very comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The Hotel is in the exact location you want to be. Close enough to the French Quarter to walk, far enough to get some sleep. The rooms were a good size and the beds were good. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food to start the day. The Free 5:30 Kickback was the best. Free snacks with a different selection every night, perfect for dinner or just a snack. And to top it off you get 3 alcoholic drinks per person free(small beer, wine or mixed drinks. The pool was fantastic and nice location to see the city. For family or couples.

Overall OK. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but hotel itself seemed outdated. Bed wasn’t super comfortable and the air felt/smelled stagnant. Didn’t seem like the AC was working well. I chose this hotel due to last minute plans, and didn’t realize FQF was the same weekend so other hotels were double the cost- so for the price it served its purpose - but I definitely wouldn’t have stayed here otherwise.

The friendliest staff on earth! When we visit again it will feel like coming home. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and were treated like newly weds. If you are looking for personal attention by the most likable staff ever then this is your place!
