Disappointing Stay – Poorly Handled by Management I’ve stayed at this hotel before and previously had a great experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. There was a violently loud noise coming from the roof that caused the entire room to groan throughout the night. It was incredibly disruptive and made it nearly impossible to sleep. My child was in town for a volleyball game, and her rest was completely disturbed. I alerted the front desk staff during our stay, but they were initially unwilling to even come investigate the issue. The next morning, I asked to speak with a manager and again, nothing was done. Later in the week, I followed up by phone. While I was given points to my account, I had clearly requested compensation for the extremely unpleasant stay—not just points. This experience was not only uncomfortable but also poorly handled from start to finish. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in service quality from a hotel I had once enjoyed.

Very clean and nice staff. The lady at the bar was nice. Breakfast was delicious. Front Desk Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for dinner. Also they have a heated pool which was fun!!!!!!!! Jake, Chris, Megan were all great!

The room was spacious and clean. The location is central to things to do in Downtown Louisville. Jake at the front desk was great at check in! The provided breakfast was good. There was make your own waffles, eggs, bagels, toast, etc. The hot options changed each day. We would stay here again when visiting Louisville.

Great location with a 5 minute walk to downtown. Nice size & clean room. Parking garage right next to hotel. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast with something for everyone. Great bar- stocked very well. Indoor pool and gym nice to have onsite.
