Residence Inn Wichita Falls

My son and I made it here from Denver and did it in a single day drive, during a snowstorm and made it out of Denver, New Mexico in the snow ice and got into Texas where we ended up driving mostly at night by that time, but it was a good drive. We stopped at the residence Inn in Wichita Falls where we had a reservation. Christina at check-in was very nice to deal with and got us all set up with what we needed and we had a very comfortable stay at Wichita Falls. Everything was comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent and Grace and Marlene in the breakfast. Staff were very good to work with and we left very satisfied and filled up. The food was wonderful and I would highly recommend staying here for all of the good experience that we had.

This hotel is now on the top of our list for Wichita Falls. The entire hotel is extremely clean and tidy from the parking lot to the front desk to the elevators and especially the rooms. It not only looks clean, this place smells clean. The front desk manager, Rebecca, is wonderful. She impressed us upon entering the lobby and was totally professional and courteous.

We have stayed at Residence Inns many times before and were shocked to discover that this hotel charges a $150 pet fee. We have never been charged this much. We had driven 10+ hours and would have left to find another hotel but the reservation was non-refundable. It was a stressful experience and we won’t be staying at Residence Inn again.

Trip was a family funeral. Four rooms reserved and together. Split up the rooms after insuring they were together. Stayed 3 nights and they would not clean our rooms or bring clean towels had to get our own. Expensive item accidentally left. But evidently maid staff kept and were unable to retrieve. Staff did not seem to care, pretty lackadaisical.

This feels like a brand new property and rooms were extremely clean and nice. Great workout area with lots of equipment and a nice breakfast selection. The hotel is a little hard to get to from the highway but it’s worth it to book here. Plenty of restaurants nearby, both sit down and fast food options.
