April 2025 went to celebrate my childs birthday. Someone from the staff found and kept my wedding ring, despite being told they hadn’t been in the room. Once my husband checked the room he saw certain things we left, had been picked up. Therefore, contradicting themselves.

Truly a great hotel. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly desk agent, Trevin, who checked us in and even served us a delicious welcome cocktail. We were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful suite which made our visit even better. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We slept like babies and only wish we'd had time to sleep longer! We enjoyed a very delicious breakfast in the restaurant and I admired their extensive wine selection, I'm sure it's fantastic for dinner as well. We also checked out the speakeasy downstairs and enjoyed the live music there. One of my pet peeves is hotels with slow elevators, and I don't think we ever waited more than ten seconds for the elevator to arrive, and they went up and down quickly too. Parking is conveniently located in a garage right next to the hotel. I would absolutely recommend the Ambassador Wichita and we will stay there again if we are back in the area.

Very nice hotel, close to Intrust Arena. Parking Tip - There is a parking garage close to the hotel and it is a lot cheaper to just park on your own and not pay the hotel. It is the same exact garage. The KItchen and Public are 2 restaurants we enjoyed while in Wichita.

My husband and I had a great stay! We came for a combination business and anniversary trip. Bonnie the manager along with her team….Cynthia, Micheal, Kevon, Steven, Leecee, Brie, Lexi, …. all provided excellent professional service and went over and above to make us feel at home.🏡😊 We have been staying at this property sporadicly over the last 10 years and were very pleased on how well maintained and beautifully decorated this hotel currently is today. The hotel features an outstanding restaurant called the Sienna and a wonderful speakeasy bar! All our meals were throughly enjoyed at the Sienna and the award winning Manhattan drinks at speakeasy were smooth and tasty too ….. for the Manhattan drink enthusiast! 😊 Both places offer a great vibe, and warm hospitality! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service in a luxury SUV to any place within a 5 mile radius from the hotel along with a free shuttle service to the airport. This service came in handy as we did not have a car on this trip. Overall a throughly enjoyable time at this hotel! Thank you Ambassdor Team ! We look forward to our next stay !
