Comfort Inn Bonner Springs Kansas City

Lovely woman at the front desk. Lightbulb was burnt out and she brought one asap. She suggested the Mexican Restaurant in walking distance and it was great too. Enjoyed having a designated pet room on the ground floor near the grassy pet area. Clean room, serviceable breakfast. Definitely would return, a GREAT value.

The pillow was nice and fluffy. The bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Had a good breakfast area was clean and well maintained. To a big surprise they had an indoor pool and hot tub (was not on site on google when we looked it up). The area was safe for family's.

Stopped here on the way home from an extended stay in the west. Staff was friendly. Everything I saw was spotless, beds were comfy, room was quiet. Close to interstate, so easy on and off. Breakfast fare was good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

There was no hot water, the remote did not work, and the blankets are paper thin. The cleanliness was questionable. It did not look like anyone had cleaned the bathroom. I would not stay here ever again, and I do not recommend this hotel. You are better off anywhere else.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff really friendly, high ceilings made it feel big inside the rooms and modern looking. The breakfast was a bonus and was filling. Defiantly would stay again!
