Red Roof Winchester Lexington East

My room had BED BUGS or another biting insect. I woke up in the morning of July 14th with bites all over my lower torso. I took pictures and sent them to management. They said their was nothing that they could do. An exterminator came in 6 days after the incident and said there was nothing. I should of known that this was not the place to stay when there were no cars in the parking lot on the Saturday afternoon when I got there and only a handful of cars when I left at 6:00 am. DO NOT STAY HERE

Easy access off interstate 64 the room itself was very clean bathroom was also room has nice wood floors bathroom nice marble type sink bed was comfy had microwave and fridge / coffee was only available in lobby there is no type of breakfast here had vending machines had laundry room they ask upfront if your allergic to animals since it’s pet friendly carpet in hallways need updated staff very nice otherwise no issues price was very affordable

Excellent place very Decent customer service friendly Excellent communication nice clean rooms House keeping dose a very good job keep thing clean and Taking care of your every need well please prices is fair with nice Beautiful flowers you will feel rat at home i really enjoyed my stay 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Rooms were really old and need of updating. Bed was hard and springs stuck through. Bathroom needs updating. I’ve stayed at red roofs before. This one is one of the worst properties. No coffee maker in the room. Parking lot should be cleaned up

We booked a double queen room for 2 nights. When we checked in, Mike greeted us at the front desk and he could not be more accommodating. He even moved his car so our bikes could park undercover. He made sure we hade fresh coffee, ice and enough towels for four of us.
