We needed a place to sleep - this place was clean, noise free, and cheap. The plumbing worked well (you would be surprised how many of the more expensive ones don't check sink/shower draining) and a real treat was having a toilet that wasn't height appropriate only for a 3rd grader. However, I would make the following recommendations : 1. Get rid of the stupid check in machine in the lobby. Check in was the worst experience I have ever had. The clerk stayed and fixed what the machine person screwed up even though she was off clock. Thanks! She was very vocal about how customers hated the check in process. 2. The elevated beds are hard to get in and out of. Go back to normal. 3. Put grab bars in shower. 4. 2 queens should = 4 towels and I could go on.

First time staying in a Red Rood Inn in a long long time and have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Had room with two queen beds, the price was right, the bed was elevated, which made it easy to get in and out of, the sink was also elevated making it easy to shave. Pillows were different firmness ( 3 to each bed). Most importantly the room a/c, heater was quiet running allowing for a good nights sleep. We had no problems with noise, the room was clean and the night person (Mahendra) was pleasant and friendly as was the morning manager ( Dimple Patel). There was no breakfast, but they did have coffee.

Darlenne was one of the most unpleasant desk clerks my wife and I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. My wife accidentally reserved a smoking room on Expedia. When she tried explained that we were nonsmokers she was lectured several times that smoking outside the room would result in immediate termination and kicked off the property without refund. Ok? Not a problem because we don't smoke. LOL Consequently we ended up going to a smoking room that reeked so bad we unfortunately had to return to the front desk. After having to listen to her tell her side of the story she finally gave us a non-smoking room and a smoking outside lecture. I almost fell bad for someone that is that miserable that she must treat guests that way. FYI the rooms were clean and fine. Host not so much!

This place is disgusting. Beds were made with dirty sheets, remote control buttons had old sauce, fridge was covered in finger prints, light fixtures were dirty with light switches as well. GROSS. Outside area is scary and rundown. This place needs to close

Room was clean and neat. The mattress was very comfortable, did not want to get up. Excellent stay. Call them directly for the best price. When calling a booking site, I was quoted 50% more than the front desk charged.
