I stayed here in March and April of 2025 3 weeks in a row excluding weekends. ⢠Clean and comfortable room. ⢠Full kitchen. ⢠Good water pressure in the shower. ⢠Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. ⢠Free breakfast buffet opening at 6:00 AM. ⢠Free daily local newspaper in lobby. ⢠Free and safe parking. ⢠Close to restaurants and supermarkets. ⢠Bed linens clean. - Bed pillows were too soft for me. - Mattress OK, nothing special.

My first time staying at this hotel and it wonât be my last. Attentive staff, clean quiet rooms and an excellent breakfast. Hotel was just off the interstate with plenty of restaurants available. Special thanks to Amy who took the time to call me regarding my reservation requests. She went above and beyond.

As Diamond members for the past five years, weâve always trusted this hotel brand to deliver exceptional service. Unfortunately, this stay was an absolute disaster. The staff was shockingly lazy and incompetent, with zero regard for customer service. From the moment we checked in, it was clear the staff had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay. We had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to be acknowledged at the front desk, even though there were multiple employees standing around chatting. When we finally got their attention, the lady was rude and unprofessional. Throughout our stay, requests were ignored or handled poorly. We were met with excuses instead of solutions. It felt like we were being dismissed rather than valued as loyal guests. Whatâs most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No one apologized or made any effort to correct the numerous issues we encountered. Itâs shocking to see how far below standard this location operates compared to others. This location needs serious management intervention and staff training. Until then, we wonât be returning and will be reconsidering our loyalty.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and while the property itself was nice, our experience was ruined by poor noise management and unprofessional staff. The hotel was full of a large group of autistic children, and while we understand and respect the challenges these families face, nothing about this was mentioned when we made our reservation. Proper planning or communication from the hotel would have helped set expectations. The family in the room above us caused constant noise disruptions starting as early as 2 a.m., continuing until 5 a.m., and starting up again at 6 a.m., making it impossible to get any sleep. While we empathize with their situation, it would have been more considerate for the family to request a first-floor room or to find accommodations better suited to their childâs needs, especially knowing their child requires constant movement for stimming. We reported the issue to the front desk, but the employee we spoke with was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. All she did was ask them to quiet down, which did nothing to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel manager, Brock Tucker, was unavailable to address these issues because he apparently doesnât work weekends and is not around on Sundaysâthe busiest checkout day. Instead of speaking with a manager directly, I was handed an email address, which is incredibly frustrating when trying to resolve a problem in real time. Adding to the disappointment, Austin in the breakfast area was extremely unpleasant. When I politely asked for more waffle mix 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end, he stormed off and threw a pan in the kitchen, clearly annoyed. It was obvious he just didnât want to make the effort, which was completely uncalled for. As a Hilton Diamond member, Iâve come to expect a much higher level of service and professionalism, and this experience fell far below those standards. I will be reaching out to Hilton corporate directly about this establishment to ensure these issues are addressed. Now weâre facing a 16-hour drive running on no sleep, and the lack of care and accountability from both the staff and management made what should have been a restful stay into a complete disappointment.

What a great experience. Friendly staff greeted us and everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and, since we were traveling over the holidays, the staff had a lovely wrapping station for guests. We will be booking this hotel in the future.
