Love this hotel. This was my third stay at this property. Check in/out was flawless. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is superb. The stay wasn’t without a few bumps though. One, there is a hand soap and I believe it’s supposed to be a lotion dispenser beside the sink. The hand soap pump top was dirty and instead of lotion the other was a conditioner bottle. In the shower, the conditioner bottle was empty. The shower door was a little leaky too. My other complaint is with breakfast on Sunday morning, Dec 29th; I will post pictures of the empty spaces. There were sausage links that looked raw!! They were completely white and undercooked! There were omelettes in one side of a warmer, nothing in the other side and an empty crock pot. The bread and pastry bin was also almost empty. No one ever came to check the breakfast area on Saturday or Sunday morning the whole time we were down there. They were having to dip gravy with a plastic cereal spoon because they couldn’t find anyone to get a serving spoon. We were there both days between 7:30-8:00.

This Hampton Inn is one of the best. We extended our stay due to their excellences. Cody the front desk gentleman was extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel welcomed! He is the perfect person for guests first impression. The rooms are very roomy. The beds are comfortable and best nights sleep I’ve had. Housekeeping was fabulous keeping our room cleaned and the whole property Maintenance man was very helpful. We need the bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower needed replaced. He was prompt and very kind. This Hampton Inn is exceptional

Very new and thus super clean and all in working order. A friendly and efficient check-in and ditto at check-out. Our std room was spacious and mostly well set up. Useless thin pillows. Why not amongst the 4 there, have half that are thicker / firmer? The microwave in the room was appreciated but the room fridge can only chill the contents and has no freezer section. I travel with meds that need to be kept 24/7 between 2 and 8 C and travelling the next day with ice from the hotel ice machines is a pain. The room windows do not open. I am never sure then that the in wall, box air cons that America loves, ever bring any fresh air into a room? The “free” wi-fi is only free if you sign up to the Hilton Rewards plan. This is 2024. Breakfast was very good. A Drakes branded bistro was a 5 min walk away and is recommended for a value dinner.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional! Breakfast is included and it is okay, but the hotel itself is so worth the stay. It is pet friendly, but we never had any issues with noise from the animals.

New hotel just minutes away from all the Lexington happenings. Great accommodations, comfortable bed, clean. If I had to give one negative it would be a surprising lack of noise insulation. I could hear talking and snoring in the room next to me and footsteps from those above me.
