Holiday Inn Louisville Downtown An Ihg Hotel

Excellent stay, clean large rooms, excellent breakfast cooked to order. Bacon and eggs were very good and very good staff, if your staying in the area and travelling it’s close to the highway as well for quick access, fuel 1 block away, Thank you

This hotel has a great staff. The front desk staff was very helpful pointing us to a place for dinner as well as telling us which areas of town were safe for walking. When it was time for breakfast Latonya made us a great breakfast and was very friendly.

Staff was really nice and everything was perfect for me and my family .. rooms were nice and clean , and it’s a good location if you are looking to get some good food or want to go out and find something fun to do as well.. good spot , good people overall good experience!

The bed was Amazing and pillows too. Typically hotel pillows are too fluffy for me. Perfect walking distance to Fourth Street Live! Staff very friendly and helpful. Affordable and felt safe. The parking is limited but we scored a spot! Will definitely be back!!

We made and online reservation for this hotel. We arrived after a 3.5 hour drive to see the ufc fights. The front desk clerk refused our reservation. Became aggressive and hostile with my wife to the point we had to call the police.Then once the police arrived she advised we could still stay there but only if we were willing to pay 4 times what the reservation cost was quoted. The hotel manager hung up on us. We ended up missing a couple hours of the event we drove so far to see. It was clear why this hotel did not have many people staying here. I feel this was a big scam in hopes to upcharge. Oh and did I mention additional parking fees apply. Clearly IHG needs to pull the franchise from this location since the front desk clerk kept saying the owner has different policies than IHG. If anyone would like to see this body cam footage is public record. Oh I forgot to mention this was for our 10 year wedding anniversary!!!!!!!!
