Horrible customer service! I don’t know where to begin but the beginning. I was scheduled to have surgery at UofL. Upon arrival Kevin set us up for a 5am shuttle to the hospital (I had to be there at 5:45am) I didn’t mind being a little early for my surgery time. There was another lady that had the shuttle for 4:30am (trust me there is a reason I am including this!) we checked in room was nice the bathroom was a bit dated but it was no worry. My room was as requested. 422 faced the major street and the street noise was not good but I didn’t care. We were told to arrive downstairs at 4:50 am for our shuttle. (No problem) we also took advantage of the valet parking it was ($90 for two days) TV was not connected to internet. Was told someone would service it. (Never happened) fast forward to 4:50am we are down in the lobby and the 4:30 lady was waiting as well she had to catch a flight out. We waited for about ten minutes and a large black woman came out with the speed of a sloth. No hustle and could care less attitude. I asked about the shuttle “sorry they aren’t coming.” At this time I began to panic a little. Our car was in Valet parking lot. So I asked about getting our car. She was very put out that she had to get our car keys from Valet. She responded “well what do you want me to do about it?” I explained to her I had to be at U of L for my surgery. Somehow she finally produced our keys. The lady that was waiting on her ride was still waiting when we left. But wait…. There is more!! Our car was sitting in a handicap spot in valet parking. Yes they parked our car that does not have handicap plates or placard in handicap!!!! I go to my surgery and my husband came back to stay over night as I had complications. So my husband parked in valet again. Not once was he told to use a link to collect his car the next day (Friday) so the next morning a Spanish lady was too imbedded in her phone to help my husband collect his car from Valet. She was very put out that my husband had to ask for help to get his car so he could come collect me from the hospital. The horrible service displayed and lack of empathy to not just me, my husband and the lack of help to find resolution to problems this hotel caused not just us but the lady who had to catch a plane. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Hilton. I have contacted Hilton and nothing but crickets. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. These ladies do not reflect the standard of Hilton. I wouldn’t hire them for a Rodeway INN or much less a pay by the hour hotel! HORRIBLE TREATMENT!

Devin and Travis offered premier customer service! When I arrived I realized I forgot my laptop charger,, they saved the day and found a charger to get my laptop back up and running! The hotel was well staffed, my room was immaculate and I am conveniently located downtown near most major businesses. Thank you to a great team and great service.

Walked into the room to find the usual slightly worn, slightly in need of update room that I’ve come to expect from Hilton these days. Air conditioner was making an incredibly awful racket that was so bad and loud I thought it was coming from construction work outside, but unfortunately, it was not. Despite having my do not disturb sign out, housekeeping banged on my door at 10 AM. Check out is noon, but I was staying multiple days. When I called the front desk to tell them I don’t want service during my stay, the person at the front desk Gave me some weird story about them having had complaints so they told housekeeping to knock on every door even if there was a do not disturb sign out. Questioning the common sense of that, front desk person started giving attitude. Looks like I’m gonna have to find another brand to give me business to. All too common of Hilton properties these days.

Devin from valet was great. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was excellent—convenient to local attractions, dining, and transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place to stay.

I travel a lot with my job and stay at many hotels. I have never send a better staff that the staff at the Hilton Garden Hill in downtown Louisville! Everyone, from the people at the front counter, the in house restaurant and the Valet drivers were GREAT! Very friendly, very helpful, and just very nice people! I can’t remember everyone’s name but I want to say a special thanks to Kevin at the front counter! Thanks team for a great experience!!! GREAT team!!!
