This place is a dump will never stay here again the smell of urine is horrendous stray cats all over the place hole in the wall by door 2 towels and 1 wash cloth no Kleenex total dump will be calling corporate for a refund my grandson can't stop coughing don't think I'm going to get any sleep tonight I think I'm going to call and demand my money back definitely don't stay here

Lobby very clean and sanitized smell. Clerk told me the motel had just been renovated. Hope they didn’t pay for it. My room had furniture from the 70s. None of the lamps worked properly. Needed to turn light bulb for off and on. No coffee in the rooms, or in lobby. When I turned on water it was color of Coca Cola. Only one of each towel and washcloth. No tissues, although there was a holder. It did have a bottle opener...the kind to remove metal caps. I have a couple small dogs, so I stayed, but never Motel 6 again.

Staff are horrible!!!! Act as if they do not care. Very rude. Do not provide any information and if they do they are annoyed they have to. When you call for directions they are rude and act like you should know where you are going. Not accommodating at all. Will never return and do not recommend.

We spent the night at the London Kentucky Motel 6. 3 hrs after checking in we needed to use the bathroom. We flushed the toilet and it backed up spewing someone else’s feces. We called the front desk. O one would fix it..wouldn’t even step into the bathroom to inspect it. Would not give USA new room..said they didn’t have any despite only 3 cars in the parking lot at midnight. Spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with corporate headquarters who apologized, but said they couldn’t do anything about refunding our money. Very rude and zero customer service attitude at the hotel.

This hotel is fairly nice and appeared mostly bug free except for some cobwebs. However, do NOT expect to get a good night's sleep here. I went to bed early after driving all day. I was awoken by pounding on my door at midnight. I was hoping whoever it was would go away, but they continued to pound. I looked out the peephole and found a very tall man at my door. I called the front desk to see what in the world was going on. He told me it wasn't anyone from the hotel and he would come down. By now this man is yelling "hey neighbor" and other stuff I couldn't make out. The A/C was on full blast and I had ear plugs in attempting to get a good night's sleep through the road noise of the highway. So this man was extremely loud! Once I finally got my cat secured in the bathroom and fully dressed, I found out that this man wanted me to move my car so he could "swing" his large truck and trailer around to exit this very small and tight exit. I was the only car/room at the backside and end of this hotel. When I pulled around I found that there were about 10 cars on the front. Why would they even put a solo female alone on the back and end of the hotel?? And yes, they knew I was traveling solo with my cat when I checked in. I waited for a while and the truck never came around. They were now having to back up the truck out the entrance! Hotel staff should never let trucks park back there or they should extend the exit straight out instead of a tight curve. So, I was awoken and scared half to death for no reason!! I finally got back to sleep around 4am only to have a trash truck emptying the dumpster directly in front of my room at 7:45am. Do NOT come to this hotel if you want any kind of sleep. Also, when I checked in I knew the price was $50/night on Motel 6's website. They tried to charge me $65+ for the night. I inquired if they were charging a pet fee or what. Was told no, but if I wanted the $50/night I had to reserve on the website. Some rates are advertised this way, but this was not on the website. So, they're simply trying to rip off weary travelers. I tried to handle this directly with Motel 6 and just had a most unpleasant conversation with management of this hotel. From her tone and words, I gathered that they didn't think there was anything wrong and what could they have done. I said to charge the correct price, watch the cameras, not let trucks park where they get stuck, and don't put solo travelers at the back end of the hotel by themselves. And apparently her night desk person gave some story of some small woman barely tapping on my door, no real knock. Unreal! I told her I had the loud A/C on full blast and ear plugs in. I would have never heard some diminutive tap on the door. And furthermore, I never saw a woman anywhere. It was 3 men outside and their night desk person. The conversation wasn't going anywhere, so I ended the phone call. Just be warned that management doesn't consider getting a full night's sleep their responsibility...crazy me I think that is what a motel is for so I don't drive drowsy.
