The entire staff are Wonderful. The hotel and rooms are clean. Plus it's so quit. I would recommend this hotel for over night or long term Close to everything you need. Also if you forgot your key. The over night staff are quick at answering the phone and coming straight down.

Please read the reviews carefully because anything other than 0 or 1 stars is a staff member or one of their friends. There is no way that this place is anything but a 1 star at best. The entire hotel smells of smoke including a strong skunk smell (and we know what that was) when you check in past the main desk. I’ve seen better rooms at a Motel 6 if you want to compare. There was someone’s dirty underwear behind the bathroom door (Champion 2XL), black hair on the bathroom floor, a plastic cup behind the toilet that ran all night long. The only good thing about the room was an extra large newer Whirlpool microwave. I’m not kidding when I say the room smelled like a really old, musty, smoky, stale bar. Both of us have serious allergies and we had to take extra medicine. There was also a bright light outside the window that couldn’t be blocked out with the plastic blind. The windows have spider webs that haven’t been cleaned in years. It’s a very old place that needs a total remodel or shut down! Like others said, it’s not a place to stay. Hot water was limited in the bathroom sink too. Lots of construction equipment in the parking lot, since I think that the only people who stay here are construction workers (probably paid by their employer) for weeks/monthly rates. However, nobody is happy with their room or service. Thankfully, we decided to skip the shower and hit the road and forget about this place. Do yourself a favor and JUST SKIP IT!

We ended booking this hotel last minute as we were traveling and the customer service was very good and were able to get a room for the night. We pulled up to the parking lot which was sort of sketchy. Inside the lobby which is basically a tiny room smelled of smoke just like the rest of the hotel. We got to the room and had dirty hardwood floors, blinds, and kitchen. The whole room reeked of smoke the beds were hard and uncomfortable. To add to the sketch we heard random banging and noises from other room. We also found a blood stain on the pillow. The bathroom seems somewhat clean though. Based on these conditions we ended up not staying the night and checked out shortly after we got there. The manager called the following day and apologized and refunded me, at least the customer service is good. Overall don’t recommend other better options in the area.

I hate to trash places but pay the extra to go elsewhere. This is an extended stay place with a queen size cot and 1 sheet and thin wool blanket with 2 pillows. Halls smell like a combination of weed and cigarettes, funny its a non-smoking facility. Half used bar of soap on top of the shower insert with some ashes from something that was smoked. Slept fully clothed on top of the blankets, brought own pillows. This is not a place for family or romantic get aways. I was going to take pictures but the wife is trying to stricken this from her memory. Was afraid to open the a/c unit to check the filter, I can only imagine......

The rooms are gross. I literally have to get someone to let me in my room EVERY day because the keycards just don’t work. There’s trash EVERYWHERE. I’ve stayed here for a month straight with NO room service. Nobody to change sheets, toilet paper, trash bags, new towels or anything. Even upon request, they said they wouldn’t service my room. They charge EXTRA for internet but every morning, the WiFi gets disconnected. It’s like they unplug the router. Some rooms have TV’s that have access to more channels than the others. The deadbolt on my door doesn’t work. They have drug dealers running the parking lot all day and night. This is by far one of the WORST places I’ve ever stayed and I still have a few weeks left here. It’s the cheapest place to stay and the reasons are obvious.
