TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lexington Keeneland Airport

We chose this hotel for a 2 day stay for my husband’s birthday with friends. Everything was clean. The rooms were spacious. I loved all of the amenities in the rooms. The staff was great. We were checked in quickly. The hot breakfast was decent. My husband loved the waffles. The bathroom was large enough to feel comfortable in. My only complaint is having the half open shower doesn’t block off the cool air while you are in the shower. The hair care products were great.

Upon Arrival there were 12 police officers in the front lobby I asked the front desk. Kevin was just a safe place to stay evidently not. There was a discrepancy in the lobby which terrified my kids. I made the reservation earlier online using my government discount as I checked in they change my discount price to an extra $70 dollar a day rate I was told to write a letter to the GM Mr. Anderson I did call him and explain him what happened. He basically was nice. Nasty telling me that that was the rate I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Marriott hotel except this one.

This hotel continues to impress me whenever we travel elsewhere. You all are my standard that I go by in judging all other hotels! I believe that it all starts from top down....Sebastian is the best! Front desk staff is consistently present (not hiding in the back), courteous and eager to please. The facility is immaculate! Hallways, stairways, lobby and elevators are very clean. Garbage is removed in a timely manner. Housekeeping is visible and available. Rooms are clean and comfortable....although could be updated. Breakfast is quite good with many choices. Location is awesome. We come here twice a year for the Keeneland Meets. Looking forward to our return in October!! Thank you for being amazing!!

This was my 2nd time staying here. The rooms have always been clean. The complimentary breakfast is always fair. They always have a non-pork option. The best part of coming here is the customer service. Both times that I have stayed, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Latrice Winn. She has got to be the most pleasant person to deal with. She always has a smile on her face. The 1st time I stayed, my child dropped my necklace and I didn’t know until we got to the event we came for. I called the hotel and she had the housekeeping staff to look for it. They found it and she put it up for me until my sister was able to pick it up. I didn’t check in with her but she was there when I checked out and she was just as pleasant as the first time. I would stay here over and over again. Not only is this location very close and convenient to the airport but I have not had a bad experience with the front desk staff. This last time that I stayed, Kevin Naiser won me over! Our flight was delayed so I couldn’t reach my family to stay with them. I had driven around for a few hours trying to find somewhere safe for me and my child to sleep. I arrived at the hotel around 4a to see if I could check in on my reservation that was that Saturday night. He allowed me & my child to sit in the lobby until we were able to check in on my reservation! He was very welcoming and patient with us while sitting there. It was such a relief having somewhere safe inside to go.

A spectacular experience from beginning to end. From the welcome provided by Dalton and Brock, to the care taken at breakfast and upon departure it was truly seamless and a direct reflection of the GM, Sebastian and his dedication to providing exceptional service; unmatched. The facility is incredibly well-kept and clearly consistently cared for with pride. We were there on the weekend and the hotel owner had even stopped in on Saturday morning to check on the staff. You could tell they were not only comfortable, but grateful to have him there to support them and that spoke volumes to me. Breakfast was a well-balanced and full spread and included in the rate, and the location was in a lovely area of Lexington with shopping and dining options throughout the business park. It is just one exit from the mall if you are looking for more options as well. It makes it a great option for both business and leisure travel and I would definitely stay again for any occasion.
